Love this store!!!! They always have cute stuff for parties and so much candy and balloons to choose from! They have really neat costumes, and options to pick and choose to create your own costumes.. I love the baby shower and 1st birthday section, its so cute! And course they have other sections for different themes and events. My son really enjoys this place as well, they also have lots of cool toys for decent prices.

I live party city its a fun place for kids. And u can bring them to get cheap candy. Lol

What else can one day about South Burlingtons Party City but .... Sylivia.Sylivia, Sylivia, Sylivia! Remember her name because customer service is her game. What does anyone go to Party City for anymore except balloons, lets be honest. She took what could have been a stressful event and turned it on its head leaving me beyond excited for the purchase I made. It seemed like everyone turned 7 this year and she took the opportunity to make sure my balloon bouquet was perfect. We had to get creative, but in the end she was right to direct me in the direction we took. The final product was fantastic, but what made me the happiest was her eagerness to help in anyway, to problem solve and to continually provide customer service with a smile (even though it was hidden behind a mask). Happy to say with this resounding success I will be back for all my future party needs.

Love this place. Always seem to have exactly whatever theme is needed. Manager working was quick and helpful.

Great for odds and ends and impromt purchases. Lots of fun to just check out party favors and costumes. Really a staple of the Pre-Covid life but great for utensils and anything a college kid could need for their dorm. If you cant find paper plates or cups at the store this is your best bet for plasticware and misc items.

Cultural appropriation at its finest! I cannot believe this still exists in 2018, especially in a liberal city like Burlington. This is NOT ok. My cultural is not your costume. I was also surprised so many people walked by and said nothing about it.

There were only three Associates in the store and they had to call someone from the back to come to the front to help us we did wander the store for a bit looking for help we did find something that would work but not exactly what we were looking for

Always enjoy going there and seeing what they have but its always a mess walking through. There seems to always be overflow or non stocked merchandise throughout the store and a lot of bald spots on the walls. Some of their prices are good and affordable but others are ridiculously priced. Maybe PartyCity should really just be another online store. 🤷‍♂️

Always always always has exactly what you had in mind... and so much more you wish you didnt have in front of you. Not too expensive either. Nice one stop shop for party needs.

They sell food and had several squirrels running around the store for weeks before anything was done about it. Several employees verified that when I asked. These rodents were eating food in the store. Apparently corporate would not allow employees to engage the rodents to try to get rid of them. Clearly they dont care about customer health. I would really check the packaging on anything purchased here. I feel bad for the employees to have to work in those conditions.

I used to work here. Im giving it 1 star for several reasons.1. Toxic Products - Some of these products come with tiny labels saying toxic dont dont put near your mouth or eyes but the picture on the bottle advertises using it all over your mouth. Obviously children are their biggest customer so Im astounded they would even sell anything thats toxic. When I was opening some of the packages, I also felt really sick from the chemicals coming that hadnt settled into the product.2. Illegal Activity? - They dont offer direct deposit or check. They only pay employees with pre-paid cards that have tons of fees associated with it so they can steal back their employees hard earned money.3. Opposite of Environmentally Friendly - The company says that refusing to offer direct deposit to give out hundreds of thousands of prepaid plastic cards is reason to call their business environmentally friendly. Practically none of their products are biodegradable and they print huge receipts all day long. This company is so estranged from the definition of environmentally friendly that I would not trust this company with any of their opinions.4. The employeers who worked there were really nice and cool. It was a pretty neat place to work but I dont think this business is ethical or helping the world head towards where it needs to be.

Place that has it all for your party needs for kids or adults and always higw selection of Halloween decor, costumes, animatronics and more. Located right next to a grocery store and the mall with dozens of shops and eateries.

Great place to go but I was infuriated with how disgusting the bathrooms were. It was an emergency or I would not have used it. there was trash all over the floor, the sink was coated with a thick grime, the baby changing table was so nasty I changed my baby in the back seat in freezing temperatures and snow. No toilet paper, no soap. I had to pull up my pants and go to the mens room to use the toilet paper. Just as disgusting there was pee on the floor. Definitely had not been cleaned in weeks. I brought it up to a staff member who rolled her eyes at me.

I love this store a lot. How ever I only gave it a 3 because when ever I go in there I feel eyes peering at me and ppl following me. I get they got a job to do but Damn! Makes me feel guilty even tho I was purchasing my products. They just made it so well known like Im following you. Makes me not want to shop there. Like if I linger to long looking at a product, ill be taken down party city style. Lol. For real tho.

Went in looking for decor and supplies for our daughters 10th birthday. The theme, Paris. Sure enough they had the Paris Eiffel Tower piñata, themed plates, themed napkins, the Paris back drop for our selfie wall (the kids AND aldults enjoyed that), the silly costume accessories with Paris theme, and more! Our daughter remarked, it was the BEST birthday party EVER!!! Thank you Party City for making our special day a huge success, full of joy and fond memories for all who came!

Had fun, alot of room to walk around with hitting other customers as u shop. The changing tents in the middle if the isle was really weird and inappropriate. Felt like I was being watched the whole time I was walking around and I also felt the staff didnt know enough about certain characters that are most popular today that ppl wanted to dress up as. Moat didnt have any clue who I was talking about.

I am very disappointed in the product I bought. I bought a pinata for my two year old and five year old birthday party when I received it it had a big hole in the top of it so it could not be used. I had to to go out and buy another one. When we called Party City to let them know we were told to mail it back but we have to pay for the shipping and handling to send it back even though we already paid almost $20 for shipping and handling to begin with (i guess we didnt already pay enough for their junk) and its going to cost us another $17.99. They did not seem to really have any customer service or even care that they sold us something that was broken. I personally will never buy from there again! If I could give less then a 1 star I would..

Good place for party supplies or Halloween good staff

If you want any party supplies, and I mean Any, this is the store. Countless colors, themes, and accerories make any party idea possible. Hands down the best Halloween store in Vermont as well. The prices of pre-fabed costumes are kind of on the high side, but availability and selection more than outweigh the price. If you decide to make your own costume you can get away with a substantially smaller cost. I go here every Halloween and if my kid was younger and into themed parties I would absolutely go there for her party supplies.

I bought a Halloween costume and the sizes are way small. So I returned it the cashier had no idea how to do a return or how to even run the register. Then when I bought the costume originally the cashier was rude and condescending. Its a big store with cool stuff. The workers up front are just a let down.

I went to get a large balloon for a party. The price of every balloon included helium. I already had a tank of helium and didnt want to spend $15 on a balloon . Because the helium was included I assumed it was a chunk of that price because the gas is expensive. The layout of the store was confusing to me. .the store was organized by characters or themes rather then items

Almost too big of a selection! They seem to organize the store by color or theme, which can make it difficult to find specific things like streamers. You have to browse through several aisles if youre looking for a specific color, and then you cant compare prices very easily.

We went in to order a few balloon bouquets and the cashier was extremely snippy when we were picking and deciding on our options. Multiple eye rolls and condescending comments, plus we had to double check all of the balloons because the first few were the wrong shape. Its a party store, please be miserable somewhere else!

Visited this store for the first time today shopping for a few Halloween costumes... The process to get a costume was slow, the customer service rep was not very knowledgeable with the electronic equipment he was using to have the item brought out from the back room, the checkout line was ridiculously long, and the store was filthy! Inside it was a mess and the floors were nasty... Outside the trash cans were overflowing and debris littered all over near the entrance.

I ordered my daughters party decorations online more than a week before her party. The decorations came in on time; however, about three quarters of our order did NOT make it into the box. I dont understand how so much was left out, Im talking like 15 items did not make it and it was too late to ship them out because her party was the next day! Will never order anything from this store online again!
