Bob and Steve at Signarama are everyday heroes. They are fast, professional and very knowledgable about anything and everything to do with signs. Well versed in every kind of material, precise down to the millimeter, and attentive do detail, they make highly quality signs. I worked with them on these photo print stickers. The colors pop, the resolution is great, and the material itself is durable, somewhat abrasion resistant and super easy to work with; the adhesive holds tightly, but can be repositioned as you work with it to get bubbles out, and bubbling wasnt even really a problem. This was a very custom project, with unusual sizing, but Bob didnt bat an eye, and actually remembered everything about my cabinet doors from when he printed photos for them over 4 years ago! I can also tell that the folks at Signarama take actual pride in the work they do, and have a refined aesthetic sense, and can successfully help you figure out what kind of sign you want, even if you havent got a creative bone in your body. This is the best local sign printer I know of. If you come to them with a project, they are great at both executing exact instructions and also helping to brainstorm different materials, colors and options with you to settle on how you want to accomplish your goals. I recently designed a special wall hanging to be given as a wedding gift to some special friends. My stumbling block was how to turn my design into a real item. Unfortunately, I’m reviewing Signarama once again poorly due to a lack of customer service and honesty from Bob Diaco. I will be completely transparent as I expect people to do the same when reviewing my business (Walk My Dog). After leaving a negative review a couple weeks ago Bob replied (online only) with false accusations that his prices were to high for us and we couldn’t agree on designs. Let me be explicitly clear that Bob has not once presented a price to us and has only shown us 2 samples. Both were after 5 weeks of waiting and numerous calls and emails to him directly. After leaving my negative review and seeing Bob’s reply I called him directly. He was apologetic and said “he thought we had discussed the work in more detail”. He also assured me he’d have more samples asap after I told him I’d remove the review should he follow through on his end. I also told him I will pay for design time as price is not a factor for this specific vehicle. That conversation was 13 days ago and still no word back from Bob!We’ve had a number of other vehicles done with another company, but we wanted to try someone new for this unique opportunity. I won’t reach out to Bob or this company again, nor will I be recommending them. As a customer I am appalled by the lack of communication, honesty and follow through. As a business owner I’m amazing that Bob has a job with or for anyone after this experience.I expect Bob to leave another false reply, but I assure you this time I won’t remove my review and I encourage anyone who questions my story to call us directly for confirmation.Time is money and I’ve now been waiting 10 weeks for door decals on 1 vehicle.... Bob Diaco has lied for months. We called and he kept acting like he forgot us. Well it’s been months and lots of phone calls. Bob Diaco and Signarama’s negligence has caused harm to my business. We had paid in full somehow and he just keeps lieing. The most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with.

The owner is a crook!!! Work is not done!!!! We have been waiting for more than 6 months to have our sign up. I paid my sign in full with a check in April 2017. We call so many times and send so many emails to Bob Diaco to have the work done. Bob Diaco never show up for all installment dates he made. He invented excuses to not show up. He must have financial problems. We will go to court to get our money back.
