Love the staff in the parts center. They are easy to work with and very friendly!!

After taking my car there for accident repair my trunk lid doesn’t open right. Panel alignment is off. But worst of all my rim was cracked. They didn’t catch it, even after I told them there was a problem. They said they balanced it. IT WAS CRACKED! Now I have to fight with my insurance company to try to get a new rim. Never buy another or take my car there again. Disappointed.

Did a horrible Job. Rushed job done. Do not recommend at all for a exterior repair.

I called to have my 2012 Ford Focus fixed after someone hit the back of my car. They were excellent all the way through the repairs. My car looks fantastic!! They even cleaned the whole car, inside and out!! Cant thank them enough for a great job!!!

Kept me up to date on the work that was being done to my car

Gurley Leep came in at $600 over a quote I got from another service center. When I received the quote around noon, I immediately responded back to decline all service work because they were much more expensive than my other quote. My truck was supposed to be ready to be picked up by 5:00 that night since no work was to be done. When I came in at 5:00 to get my truck, my truck was sitting on the lift torn apart yet and the mechanic had gone home for the night.... very convenient. When I asked to talk to a manager they had already gone home for the night as well. The next day when I called, I left multiple voicemails and the manager finally got back to me mid-afternoon. The whole situation was very unprofessional and I didnt even get a Im sorry for the inconvenience, Sir. The icing on the cake was that I still was charged $112.00 just for them to look at my truck and give me the ridiculous quote. I will never recommend this place for their service and I hope they change the way they treat customers in the future.

Did a crappy job and never did fully repair our Honda. They also said they would order us a new spare tire cover and just never did.
