They did a beautiful job with our new floors. They were able to accommodate our time line for needing the job done. The only thing preventing a 5 star is they left a lot of debris in our carport which blew into the neighbors yard and common driveway which cause some problems for us.

Outstanding team, from Dave Montanari in the front office, to the demo guys, and finally the talented installers Angel and Nicolas who were professional and competent. Dave rolled with the changes that happen in jobs like these and checked in with us through out the process. Great customer service, beautiful result and nice people.

Our water softener recently sprung a leak and dumped water all over the kitchen/dining room area of our home. The original flooring we had was a combination of vinyl and wood laminate. With the money our home insurance company gave us we decided to look around for something better than what we had. We wanted to go with tile but that was going to be ridiculously expensive. After visiting with Scott at Bay Area Floors we decided on LVP, (luxury vinyl plank). This material has the look and feel of wood but is waterproof so we wouldnt have to worry if we ever had a problem with our water softener again. This also means that you can put LVP in places you wouldnt want to put wood like the kitchen and bathrooms. Scott was very knowledgable and helpful. He walked us through the different options and brands. We finally decided on Gaia material.Scott had his team drop off the material on a Thursday and his installer called me the next day and scheduled his guys to come by on Saturday morning. A team of 3 arrived right on time at 9am and got right to work. They finished up the entire job, (over 600 sq ft.) in a single day. They even helped me put my washer and dryer back in place when they were done with the floor. I was especially appreciative of the fact that they cleaned up after themselves. Ive had many other contractors in my house recently and they leave the house a mess every time. Drives me nuts.I cant recommend Scott and the people at Bay Area Floors more highly. Our floor got done quickly and professionally and at a great price.

Did an estimate right away and was able to schedule work the next day. Worker was professional, but not timely. Almost three hours late, but he was done so fast and the job looks great. Very impressed, worth the premium, just next time you guys will be late please call.

The owner Frank treated us with kindness and patience after my wife and I flip flopped on material choices a half dozen times. Theres no replacement for a well ran local shop. I shopped around with Home Depot and others, but Bay Areas prices were fair and they did a superb job on the install of over 3000ft2 of hickory floors and carpet. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you Dave Montanari. A small art club at Aptos Junior High is creating a lovely public art mosaic on Soquel Drive and Vienna. They are designing a mosaic to cover a wall frequently tagged. Do not shop here this place is a complete rip off. they do horrible work and are very overpriced. the owners name is frank and his son micah is a complete drug addict and should not be allowed in anybodys home or business. caught him using drugs and he constantly looked high and had a bad attitude. very unprofessional
