I told the man there I didnt want to spend more than $30 to repair my $75 luggage and to not do anything until I received his estimate then he called me about a week later and without discussing it with me said he did the work and it would be $50. He only replaced 2 wheels on my 4 wheel bag and one he worked on, he didnt tighten it up so its loose and angled with weight on it till I make the repair completed. I wont return to give them more business!

If I could give zero stars I would, this one star is undeserving ! I bought my UGGs to be repaired for a small tear & he offered to clean them for an extra charge..When I picked up my UGGs not only was the hole bigger but he ruined my UGGs .. he did not clean it with the proper Cleaning kit and lifted up the dye from my UGGs turningthe white. I showed him the before and after pictures and he proceeded to argue with me. Overall terrible service I would not recommend anyone go there with expensive shoes because now $200 boots in the trash !!

If you want your faith in humanity restored, take your business here. It is an unassuming little repair shop with big heart. The owner could not possibly be nicer and he is incredibly fair (if not underpriced). Had my shoes stretched there and I am very impressed with the service and expert advice I received.

@Stella Mofett Idk about the phone, but its still open. I dropped a pair of shoes off on Friday. The shop is one guy (probably the only person that works there) in a kinda messy smallish one room shop. Hes nice and Id recommend this place

What a steal, you can get each shoe repair for $7, no matter what the damage! It is great for those missing heels, tears and scruffs. The gentleman is great with getting your shoes back to you in a timely manner. You just give him a deadline and he meets it, and call you to pick them up.
