Easy purchase. Delivery guys were spectacular. Would have appreciated the store keeping more on top of the order / delivery; I had to keep following up.

Extremely nice furniture! Kate is so talented and helpful! Quality with a cost is worth it!This is about a week and a half later.....my husband and I couldnt agree on some of the pieces, so we went to 6 other furniture stores to look around.Kate sent me a message and asked for us to stop by to pick out the fabrics. So I kindly let her know that we looked elsewhere and we have decided to go with another vendor. I told her that we really appreciated her talent and kindness, and that we would like to stop by her workplace and give her a gift just to show our appreciation. It was a monetary gift but she didnt know that.She was not pleased because she told me that she doesnt get paid unless she sells something. And that she spent a lot of time on us and worked until late at night. We were very disappointed how this ended.A persons behavior doesnt reflect on the quality of the furniture, but it can stop us from considering going to this location again.

Great selection, prices were during sale were decent. Order came a month earlier than promised. Very satisfied.

Designer Andrea was exceptional. She has tremendous experience with interior design and good knowledge with Ethan Allen’s catalogue. Her suggestions for our home suited very well. Though the furniture is a bit pricey but they are unique and with quality. Sometime I feel their delivery dates could improve as we had some items that came 6 months after purchase.

After our first designer retired, we were referred to Kate Marchesini. It is apparent that she is an artist herself with a wonderful sense of color and design. We appreciated her help to finish the projects in the den and kitchen areas. It was unfortunate that the delivery time was late by 1 month. The results were worth the wait!

I always loved Ethan Allen furniture. We went there just looking for a couch for our new home. Luckily, we ended up working with Kate Marchesini who helped us design our entire living room. We are so pleased with how everything came out. She gets to know your own taste and has a very keen eye. She is now my go to for any projects we have in our home.

Working with designer, Christopher Fawcett, was an absolute delight! His expertise and sense of style was far more than we ever expected. From designing my newly remodeled dining area and family room, window treatments, down to every little detail, including paint colors and wall art, we are beyond thrilled! The quality of everything Chris chose for us was top notch and would could not be happier. His warm personality made our experience that much better. We worked with Chris Fawcett for our family room and breakfast area for our new home. We moved our dining room to the living room to have more room for guests to dine during the holidays. The furniture we had in our living room was too large for the now living room. Kate Marchesini paid a visit to our home and then gave us ideas of how we could rearrange the room with new furniture and still use some of our existing furniture. It was amazing what she came up with. Kate was so patient with us, really listened to what our goal was and gave us so many ideas. We now love the way the room looks. Andrea Pinto was very helpful and did a beautiful job in helping with my decorating project. I had decided to renew all my furniture. She really gave me some great ideas for designing my bedroom, living room and kitchen. Her experience and expertise was greatly appreciated. My furniture is good quality too. Love it!!!

Kate Marchesini helped us in re-designing our living room and dining rooms. She was absolutely amazing and I LOVE the look she created! She was very patient and took all my preferences into account. She is a seasoned design professional and I’ve been especially pleased with how she has advised me to look a new ideas. Friendly people at this high end store. It is small, though, so be prepared to not see very much but be able to talk about custom items with their team.

Helpful, nice furniture....but too expensive. We purchased elsewhere.

TWO AND A HALF MONTHS for a kitchen table! Our salesperson Rhonda Goodkind was of no help. Very disappointed. The table was nice though.
