I just left the foot locker in Franklin. They have a pair of Nike air max for $175.00. I left thier and went to DSW same sneakers, 69.99..why are shoes in the urban area so expensive? If you do not have a car or transportation your stuck paying thier ridiculously high prices.Side note. The young lady with the braids was very kind and courteous...

Just stood in foot locker for a combined 20 minutes looking at shoes, not once did anyone ask if I needed help. I left and came back in and still no one asked if I needed help. The whole time Cindy stood by the door totally engaged with her phone. Of the 5 employees in the store a young boy and a thin curly haired girl were the only ones working.

This is one of the smallest Foot Lockers that I have come across, so expect a small selection.Thet have two people on staff to handle this low traffic location. If you are looking for some recent kicks it is good. If you are looking for the latest Jordans, they probably wont have that.Overall a decent experience but nothing to make you want to drive out of your way for.

I was referred to this Footlocker from the Watchung store to do a return because their system didnt take returns. They processed the return and I brought a pair of Kyrie 6 sneakers.

Worst customer service in a footlocker store. I needed assistance and guy who works there say “what’s up!” from the cashier counter. I walked out after that. No stars

Went to this store to to buy shoes for my 1 year old the staff was reluctant to help me there were 4 of them they all sat behind the register looking on there phones...I will never shop there again terrible coustemer service

Waste of time going here so don’t even waste your time. They got about 10 pairs of sneakers and four pairs of Jordans. Pathetic

Normal Foot Locker except its a stand alone store as opposed to in an indoor mall. Pretty typical Foot Locker experience, associate was very welcoming and friendly but not pushy or overbearing.

Definitely a feel Good Environment, Staff Very Helpful, Need more Jordans tho

Never have bad experience with any employee there. Everybodys pretty much friendly the only thing is they dont have a wide selection of shoes or have any special shoe releases.

Staff is always friendly, but the supply of shoes they normally have is low. I would suggest coming here if you arent looking for anything in particular, but for any other purchase Id suggest going to one of the malls or outlets.
