I recently purchased a used vehicle from Alton Blakley and I was more than satisfied with the customer service received. Today was the second vehicle I have purchased from Alton Blakely.. I live close to 3 hours away from the dealership but the drive is worth it to be able to purchase from a dealer that is trustworthy and works hard to give me the best price they can. I went online to their website, found the vehicle I wanted, and called them. They had me approved quickly and gave me a monthly payment I was very happy with. I made arrangements to pick the vehicle up the following week. When I got there I was in for a surprise. They had continued throughout the week to work and try to get me an even better deal. When I walked in the door I found out my monthly payment would be right at 70 dollars cheaper than the original quote. They also had my car up front waiting on me when I got to the dealership so that I could drive it as soon as I got there. They went above and beyond for me and I can promise you I will be making the 3 hour drive every time I need a new vehicle.
