Pork Roll ..egg, cheese, jalapeno bagel is to die for!! Absolutely delicious and amazing! Great staff!!

This place used to be our bagel go-to but has really gone down hill. Prices are a little high and this is a picture of the half dozen everything bagels we ordered on Sunday. Our everything bagels had a few sesame seeds; 2 of the bagels were half covered with poppyseeds. Just sad. With all the bagel places near by, Zee Best is no longer zee best option.

I went there on October 25 for breakfast with 2 family members.Person who took order was the same who cooked. Ordered egg white only, but got whole egg, Ordered whole gain bagel, got a plain bagel. That is highly unlikely that order could mixed up. The most annoying thing is they over charged!! When I asked why they charged me 9.50 for 2 bagels with ham egg bagel which is listed for 3.25 posted on menu，he first said he did not know what I wad talking about, then he insisted that there were extra 2 eggs for each!3 eggs on one bagels, am I crazy? I had high cholesterol!I can spare to pay a few extra dollars, but looked like they treat their customers as idiots, so rude and absolutely no respect to people!

Prices for breakfast sandwiches are good. Got a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. Asked for salt pepper and ketchup on it and I got close to 2 spoonfuls of pepper which I had to scrape off. The place has no napkins at the tables if you eat there and all the tables were dirty except for one. A bagel came on the side for my friends meal and they automatically put a ton of butter on it even though we didn’t ask for it. The worst part was the guy in the back making the food. He went back and forth between cooking, touching other equipment up front, and putting bagels in the window all with his bare hands. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very accommodating to my very special family. They were able to assist us in many different ways. Food was really good. And service was outstanding

I visit this place every weekend as it’s close to the place I play !! They have great omelettes and the people are so amazingly kind to everyone !! I’ve meaning to write this for 2 years now.. U guys Rock !

Did you go to the same place Ive been going for years? First of all the bagels are fantastic, best in central Jersey. The people behind the counter are ALWAYS courteous and respectful. I dont know why people go to bagel shops for breakfast sandwiches. Thats like going to New England for a steak or going to the mid west for lobster when in Rome do as the Romans. They are bakers not candle stick makers. They have a unique product called a bagel bite....its a little piece of heaven on earth. Over all this establishment is a gem that I will visit until they haul me out of here

This place does bagels and bagel sandwiches right. The neighboring bagel places dont compare. I go there once a week. Judging from the earlier reviews, they mustve changed their game because I know good bagels and these are good bagels. They always ask if you want 1 or 2 eggs, they never skimp on meats, and the price is reasonable.

Just visited this shop for the first time in years and it hasnt changed! Reasonable prices and delicious bagels. Its rare to find an everything bagel LOADED anymore and this one was excellent! Ill definitely be returning.

Zee below average bagels. I doubt they make these on site and if they do they don’t know what they are doing. These sandwiches and bagels are just not good.

Mediocre at best. High prices for tuna on a bagel, 8.00. But did come with a teaspoon of horrible cole slaw. Bagels are sub par and the owners will add an extra egg on breakfast sandwiches for.75 unless you say no. Nothing here stands out except the high prices and low quality food.

Great product and great customer service. The bagels are made the old fashioned way. They have a new grill cook who is top notch. No more thin slices if pork roll !!! He knows his way around a grill

My girlfriend and I went to this place to grab a couple of breakfast sandwiches. We walked in and there were two people ahead of us in line who were just standing there. After a couple minutes we realized they were both still waiting to order. The lady behind the counter took the first persons order after we were already standing there for 5 minutes. Fine maybe they were busy.Here is the worst part. A kid walked in behind us and was waiting on line as well. They said hello to him, I guess the knew him presumably. They proceeded to take his order before us and even before the lady that was waiting in front of us. This is totally unacceptable!!! We were there waiting for at least five minutes more than this kid who walked in behind us. Who knows how much longer the lady in front of us was waiting.We walked out. Did not even bother trying the food and we will not be going back. This is a totally unacceptable way to conduct business. Do not go here!!!

This place is disgusting I bought food here and there was hair in my sandwich. I called them and spoke with the owner his response was “ok what do you want me to do” he never apologized or offered to give me my money back. He then proceeded to tell me that the hair wasn’t from him or anyone else that works there. Mind you the hair was located inside of my eggs not on top of the sandwich. His customer service was horrendous, which is probably why they get so little business. I wouldn’t have even made a big deal about it had the owner had a different response to me telling him there was hair in my food. I would avoid this place by any means necessary getting food from here is a waste of time!!!

The first time I went there was great everything was perfect, today I went in and the open sign was turned off but they were open, I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese with extra cream cheese... There was hardly any cream cheese on it at all and now Im at work and cant do anything about it. This place is clearly hit or miss :(

I am still in shock by the way my boyfriend and i were treated at this establishment. By far its the worst customer service i have ever encountered. Its located in a strip mall with a couple other food spots. A deli, soup place, etc. While i was in the skin center, my boyfriend collected menus from these places. The employee or owner, who ever he was, sitting at a table on the sidewalk, greeted my boyfriend by saying, what do you want? Are you gonna order some food? He said no, he would like a menu. Weird way to greet a potential customer but whatever.After looking at the menu, one sandwich sounded pretty good. So even though my bf told me he was rude, i figured hey maybe hes a little rough around the edges but lets give him a chance. We walk up. Hes in the same spot, sitting outside at a table. Says the same thing. What do you want? You want some food? Yes please. We all walk in and order.Then he looks me straight in the face and says, youre not payin with a coupon or nothin right?I say, um, no? But even if i was, what would that matter? And why would you need to know that before Im paying?I didnt give him time to answer. I said wow, that was really rude, and we wont be eating here today, or ever.You might think asking if we have a coupon isnt a big deal, but it wasnt that he asked, it was HOW he asked. As if to say this better be worth my time. I dont want to think that the food quality would be decreased if yes in fact we had a coupon, but who knows.At least he said goodbye to us on our way out.How some people have positive experiences with that man is beyond me.Zero stars if i could.Plus the place smelled disgusting.Zee WORST!

I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches on a roll and they both came on a hard bagels. The sandwiches were put together so sloppy. The pieces of bacon were either under cooked or burnt and when I bit into the sandwich oil and juice came running out. By far the worst breakfast sandwich I have had. Will not go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and asked to speak to the owner with the intention of placing a large order for my company. When I asked the owners name he started yelling at me about a hair in the food and that he had bigger problems than this. I had no idea what he was talking about and definetly did not appreciate being yelled at and disrespected in such a manner. He was hysterical for about 5 minutes before I got in a word in edge wise. I have never been treated like this by anyone in my life.

Everytime I go I am satisfied with my meal and the service.

Always enjoyed the everything bagel with the white fish salad. One time they even did a special order and baked new bialys just for me, which was super nice since they were busy at the time!

Decent experience overall. Got a sausage and egg sandwich on a croissant which was ok to good. One issue though was they put the ingredients directly in the middle, leaving the sides of the croissant pretty bare.As for service, the blonde who took my order was super nice! It was a bit odd though, she took the order and then went off to make it, leaving me standing there. They need to hire more staff and have a bigger griddle or something to clear orders faster.Ill be back to try the bagels, I dont think this place deserves some of the terrible reviews, but they could def polish up the experience some.

I get a bagel with whitefish and lox at my favorite place in Bound Brook for $10. I went here and the same bagel was $14 and smaller. The place in the back looks kinda unkempt and dirty. There was a sketchy old man walking around in the kitchen with a t-shirt and sweatpants hanging halfways down his crack.

Do not go here if you want a good New York style bagel. Also the staff got two sandwich orders wrong
