Walked in on a Saturday with a flat tire around 1015 am. I didnt realize they closed at noon. The man at the desk was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He told me theyd fit me in before they closed. They had the tire fixed and I was out the door within the hour. Seems like a very well run business. Thank you

I was very disappointed with my last experience at this business. I thought from my last brake servicing there that I had found an honest garage I could trust. Unfortunately most recently I brought my truck in for service after it started making a very loud whining sound. They called and explained to me what the issue was and gave me an estimate for the repair at roughly $500 and I gave them permission to fix the problem. I picked up my vehicle and was incredibly frustrated while driving home that the sound had not changed at all. I called the garage and they told me I could bring it back in but by then my confidence was already shaken. I took the truck to another mechanic who within about 30 seconds he could tell the issue was low power steering fluid. He put some fluid in and the sound was gone. Now I dont know if the mechanic originally working on my truck was incompetent or if this business was actively taking advantage of me, but I do know that they have lost a customer for life.

HONEST. They take the time to properly diagnose issues, and give you the full situation. no attempts to sell you parts you dont need. They are not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for! i Highly recommend them. Honest mechanic that will not try to take advantage of you.

I love this place so much. They saved me a ton of money when I went to them for a second opinion. Was about to fork over hundreds of dollars for something they ended up fixing for $20! They were super friendly, professional, honest, gracious, and unexpectedly fast! Also, the ambiance in the waiting area is darling and you can really tell they take pride in their business. This place is everything you hope an auto shop would be! It has a real family feel, and the dog puts the perfect touch!

Jason helped me out and he was awesome! You can tell he knows what hes doing and hes a straight shooter and all around wonderful guy! I was so happy I stopped. I am traveling and wanted to make sure my tires were good and he was very helpful and honest. I highly recommend this place for anything you may need for your car!

I have been taking my car to Galloway Auto and Tires since March, 1996. Jason, Keith, and the technicians are the best in the business. They wont sell you something that your car doesnt need. Unlike other shops that are dishonest and are quick to make a buck or two.

Competitive pricing with excellent customer service. Tire purchase and vehicle service completed with ease and on time. Definitely my go to place for tires, alignments, and vehicle service. Clean service bays and state of the art alignment equipment.

A high-quality shop that charges full price. You get what you pay for. Usually when promised. There is an auto parts warehouse behind their shop so they can walk out the back door and pick up most parts in less than 5 minutes. Always fixed correctly. If a part fails they honor the warranty, no questions asked. Unfortunately, there are few other shops that match Galloway Autos level of customer service and quality. A friend drives from Pennsylvania with his customized muscle car because he does not trust anyone else with his pride and joy. Cash or card when you pick up the car. The shop does not provide financing. They have to pay their employees at the end of each week so you need to pay for the work done on your car.

I have taken my car here several times and I have done a ton of car work so i know what to expect. These guys are beyond professional. My car is much better now that I took it here. Had it worked on somewhere else for insurance purposes and they messed it up. Galloway fix it right for me. Would never not go here

Great people great service

Ive been to this place several times. Theyve always been nice, their prices are the same as everywhere else for the most part and more importantly, while Ive waited for my repair Ive heard them interact with other customers. They are patient, well beyond how patient I would be with the way some customers act and no matter how the customer acts, they treat them with respect. Neat, organized, clean. I trust them and recommend them.

I have been satisfied with this auto repair shop. The mechanics do a good job, the owner is friendly and accommodating, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, the service is fast, and the prices are fair (although maybe a bit high, which is why I rated them 4 stars and not 5).

Well, I thought Id share since Ive only had positive experiences here. Ive taken my car in for concerns and they always tell it like it is, even when that means telling me I can wait or skip a repair instead of doing the work and focusing on their profit. Of course, theyve also pointed out necessary work / safety concerns and suggested immediate repairs too. The people we bought our house from recommended this garage, and had maybe a decade of good experiences too. They do get busy and turn down requests for work sometimes but thats because its not a huge operation and they have time/manpower limits.

I bring all my families cars for service here. They are friendly and professional. Great work for a fair price.

I brought my vehicle over for inspection . They kept my car for 3 hours and wait it to tell me the car was done when I got there the car had the same inspection sticker on it. They told me there was no communication with the computer obviously if the computer wasnt working the car wouldnt drive. They charge me for the inspection and did nothing they did not even give me a rejection sticker if they did the job according to the law they should have printed a inspection sticker failed or passed. They were telling me that my car computer needs to be checked out so I took it to a garage in Ocean City New Jersey. They hook the car to the computer, and had no problems car went right through inspection. The owner of the garage said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. You told me I should contact garage ask for my money back. Galloway tire and auto refuse to reimburse me and hung up on me 4 times and was very rude and just wanted to make his point that he hooked his computer to my car so he was charging me he absolutely did not do or complete the inspection therefore I should have not have been charged B be careful they are scam artists I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and will make my best to make the public aware of the shade tree mechanic stand

Had a tire that was flat. I put enough air in to get to there and ask to get the tire plugged. The tire was HISSING from a big piece of metal.I was told that they were too busy to plug the tire. I explained my situation and the guy shrugged his shoulders and said that I could go down the road to another station.They did let me use the air hose to put more air in and I made it to Weisenthals at 9th and West Ave. in Ocean City. 10 minute repair.Never going to go back to Galloway again. Lost all my future business. STAY AWAY
