Their lay out is BETTERNeed more than 1 customer service to help. Seems like all the other workers was behind counter just standing looking. While 1 person help 5 customers at the same time how rude. Do better YALL.

The employees are great! The shoe prices are almost the same as the mall. But the clothes prices are great

Called ahead about getting shoe inserts last minute and ran into the store in a hurry. A friendly employee helped me right away and both store employees were engaging and helpful. Really made my day to interact with such quick and courteous people during my hectic day!

Decent outlet if you want to catch a low price on shoes and maybe some out of season clothing. The only thing bad really is to try on everything because they dont offer refunds of any kind at this location.

Mostly good experiences overall, only once I was given the wrong size in shoes after I asked the clerk/cashier to check the sizes. I ended up having to complain to corporate about the manager acting like she doing me a favor by giving my money back after there was an error on their part..... Besides that 1 incident, its a very good store to shop at.

I felt invisible as I waited for assistance. However, once I put the shoe down to leave the associate asked me did I need help. Nope, Ill take my money elsewhere. I stood there for five minutes and walked over to the register where I was still ignored. Thanks Nike Outlet for being professional and available for customers.
