I designed and ordered a kraftmade kitchen from Carter this year. I found that my rep made changes to my plans on numerus occasions without sending me any updated designs, its hard to get in touch with my rep, he convinced me away from making some choices that I was hoping for, which I now regret, and beyond that, the kraftmade cabinets have a really low quality paint job, and they only agreed to replace half of them.

Service staff over the phone were rude and impolite. The gentleman actually hung up on me.Need to understand who the customer is and that without them they don’t have a job

A solid lumber distribution store that focuses on contractors and the construction industry. Home owners can find excellent cedar and quality wood products. I appreciate the tongue & groove porch floor that comes already primed. Loading a small truck or van can be a challenge as the yard focuses on filling larger orders, but the lumber yard personnel are helpful enough.

Literally the rudest people ever lol, was gonna get wood here but after the way I was spoken to by 2 employees, Im good.

Sales person over estimated materials for a deck and refused to accept the return of unused and unopened material. For example, estimated 7 cedar lattice for a deck and only 2 were required. I have over $600 in unused material that cannot be returned I will never patronize this store again. I asked up front when ordering material if excess material can be returned and was told Yes.

Walked in ask for dowels pointed them to me I asked if the have them pre cut his response was no but just the way he said and expression it was rude.
