Found what I wanted. All the employees were very helpful.

While my husband was getting his haircut I just walked to this store to explore and see what they have. Like other branches the have huge selection of home, bedding, bath, kitchen supplies and ....I went there around new year time and they have some good prices on bedding with ugg brand. The blanket looked very comfortable and soft,and the prices were so reasonable.On the other side they had some kitchen item running with good prices and I was lucky to find two bowls in taupe color for really cheap price. I always check the clearance rack where sometimes they have really good deals.What I really liked about this store is that they had shampoo, conditioner and beauty supplies. I have been using OXG shampoos for a while and they are a bit pricey since I have long hair. At the time of my visit I saw they had a great deals on the products of this brand which really made my day.And that tiny Nutella was the pin point of my visit to store. I think that is the proper portion one can have.

Clean store, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The selection was very limited. I was looking for a shower curtain. The employees were very pleasant and the store was very clean.

Bed Bath and Beyond has basically everything you want for your home, especially during this time. I was there looking to make my home as cozy, comfortable and beautiful as possible at an affordable price. The location in Solon is convenient and NO crowds.

Store was OK. STAFF was preoccupied with stocking and mark downs. Floor plan was different from what I was used too. BB&B is starting to frustrate me with store closings and less customer service.

I was looking for an item and noticed 2 associates working. But neither one made any attempt to ask if I needed help. Yes one was up on a ladder but there was one on the floor and the ladder wasnt so high she couldnt step down for a second so the other associate could maybe help. After wandering around the same location in front of these 2 ladies for surely 10 minutes I finally asked if they sold the item I was looking for was in store or online only. She replied online only. I could of swore in my training with BBAB when I needed extra income that if a customer could not find an item it would be offered to them to purchase online in store or maybe suggest another item to try...instead she was willing to let me walk out and take my business elsewhere. But after searching on my own I found what I was looking for. I work in customer service so I know when Im being my best and when I could do better. Get it together

Nice store, its bad that the store close to me, closed, so know I have to drive almost 8 miles compared to 3/4 miles.

Customer service was good had to return a item that was ordered because wrong color was delivered other than that l looked around the store found an item l needed.

I am not one to normally take the time to write a review for a business, but this is one of the worst stores Ive ever been in. Every employee was very rude. An employee was bagging things at a register, saw my wife and standing with more things then we could carry, he rolled his eyes toward us and went back to what he was doing. We then stood in front of the register he was working at for another 7 minutes until someone at customer service finally said they could help us. The girl that did check us out was not very friendly and didnt even tell us the total when she was done scanning our items. I had to ask after 3 minutes of standing in front of her in silence if she was done and for the total. We checked out at 8:22pm and the stores business hours said they were open until 10pm. There were only 4 other customers in the store at the time we were there. I could understand if they were understaffed but there were at least 6 employees out on the floor. Bed bath and beyond has now lost my business.

Inventory is sparse, no king size pillows-how is that possible? Lots of clearance items.

I called and asked them to place an item on hold for me. They said they could and took my name and number. When my dad went to pick it up they told him they knew it was on hold but sold it anyways and said he can buy the one on display that everyone has touched (during the virus). This was the one item my mom has been asking for for weeks for Christmas and my dad and brother drove all the way over there to be disappointed. Probably not going to this location again.

Customer Service is horrible at this store! Ordered an item online for pickup and they canceled it. Had to call the store and the manager got an attitude with saying it’s not their job to reload the gift cards and that I would have to call the main customer service #. Never going to deal with them again!

This store is currently undergoing some renovations and the World Market section is leaving, but the rest of the store is fabulous as always. I love that they have salon brand shampoos in the health and beauty section.

Nice, clean store and setup as youd expect a Bed Bath and Beyond to be. However the staff I experienced in the store wasnt too helpful. Needing a cutting board and knife for a customer presentation that I was in a hurry to get to, I was directed to a large section of the store to find it. The staff member walked right past me as I struggled to find my wares. After a few minutes I found what I was looking for and was out the door. Other than this, a recommended store.

They require and record your drivers license ID and name when you make a return. Way to make your customers feel like suspected criminals when shopping at your store. I rarely shop there. Now, I dont want to go back.

Mary is very helpful, she helped to find me out the price of the product that I want to buy. Then when I went to cashier, Veronica has attitude, she don’t even know how to help me to pull out my 20% discount. When I returned the item the next day, my favorite “cashier” Veronica was there AGAIN. What a day to start my day....she has these body language that irritate my nerve. She don’t even know how to apologize. Next time when I come back in that branch, I will avoid her OR go to another branch to be sure. IF you don’t want your day bad, avoid her because if you have some complicated or minor issues with your product, she is not the one to deal with. At least the manager know how to handle the issues, NOT HER!

This is one of the usual well-stocked BB&B. Cashiers have good customer attitude. Make sure you take their coupons for 20% discounts.

Most of the staff is very helpful. Store layout is good, it doesnt seem like random products in random places.

Saw a wine bar in the advertisement so I asked about it was told they were sold out, the girl even check other stores. As I was leaving I looked by the furniture and there was the wine bar that I was told was not in stock. I found someone and inquired about it and their response was oh yeah, we have one in the back too so bottom line...check for yourself before asking someone who should know the inventory. Disappointed in the customer service.
