Im historically hard to please when it comes to dealer service departments. Ive only used Wilsons services two or three times now, but I couldnt be happier! They get me in without a problem. I get a ride to work. They pick me up. They fix EVERYTHING!!! (nobody ever does that) And even the cost! I was expecting it to be two or three times as much!The dealers back home (Im a traveler) could never fit me in. Including Brenham CJD, where I bought my F250 Turbo-Diesel and was promised that they would always be able to handle my service needs.I dont mean to bad-mouth other dealers, but I feel their service departments speak for the dealer and if they dont do well, the dealer doesnt do well.

My wife and i were travling in seperate cars and stopes for the night in snyder texas. During our trip (500+ miles) my undercarage protwctor came loose. I stoped by to see if they would even look at it (its a toyota camry). I did not get the advisors name but he was extremly helpful. We even pushed it and came in 20 mins before they close. He had the technician take off the cover and didnt charge me. Its something small but ment the wotld to us. Thank you sir.

The people here are awesome! Ronnie over at the used vehicle lot is the type of salesman that makes repeat buyers! No pressure he tells you to want to know does not hover around you as you look at vehicles!I respect a salesman like that as I like to have room to breathe and talk things over when Im making a high dollar purchase with my wife without someone who is not involved with having to pay for it be near! Go down ask for Ronnie and you will see what Im talking about!Bought a beautiful 2016 F-150 lariat from them yesterday got a great deal and truck and I believe whenever I need another vehicle or anything Im going to be going down to Wilson motors in Snyder to get it done! The rest of the staff is also great I was financed really quick the quickest I believe I have ever had it! Took longer to get ahold of my insurance company then it took to get an Okay from a financial company we were on hold for 25 mins to talk with someone about the insurance.All and all great shopping and buying experience with Wilson Motors Ford! They treat you like family and make the process quick and easy!

The salesmen/saleswomen were very professional. Areas were clean. All in all a very nice place to shop. The lot attendants were kind and very quickly retrieve my car.

3 Vehicles and I have gotten grate value. The service debarment is second to none. Marcus the service manager has a great team. Jason is the best service technician I have seen. I worked in the field for years and was 20years COASTGUARD Chief Machinery officer. Managment is top notch as is salespeople. Want a truck see Elliot Cox.

Needed a quick tire check. Was greeting and helped faster than I expected. Very friendly and quick.

Good service . Busy - has to be good & well trusted ?

My wife and I had purchased a truck from another dealership which broke down while traveling across the country and had it towed to Wilson Motors. Steve, and the service department, was so helpful. They let us know exactly what the problem was, how much it would be to repair it, and how long it would take to complete. They gave us a loaner truck to get back and forth from our hotel. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and I would choose to work with them again in the future.
