The staff here was amazing we had the unfortunate luck of getting really bad staff at the Everett and Aurora store where not only did the store have broke equipment but a lack of team members who cared or wanted to help. We had a night and day experience here. Staff was easy to find super kind and ready to help. They even went above and beyond to help us find a cheaper product for our project. Awesome people here!Thanks for helping us get our project finished before this heat wave!

Spoke with multiple employees during our visit and every one of them approached us to help out and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even had one offer to check us out through the self-checkouts so we didnt have to wait in line. Amazing staff here and everything we needed was in stock.

You really cant go wrong with the guys and gals on the floor helping everyone. These are genuine, helpful, friendly people. However, the women in the return department are terrible. I try to avoid ever having to return anything because I dont want to interact with them. They are very rude and unfriendly, short tempered and seemingly annoyed. Maybe thats their method so people dont make returns? Ive always given this store 5 stars until I bought a house to remodel and had to trial and error through some projects leading to some returns. I wish a different store was closer.

I am leaving this review specifically for Jimena in the Flooring Department. She did an outstanding job helping me get the best price possible and juggling my various concerns and questions. I really appreciated her work ethic and attitude. If you ever need help with flooring-beeline to her.

Henceforth to be known as ‘Home Despot’!Ordered a fair quantity of concrete blocks. Web site said they had sufficient on stock in the store.Placed the order on line, order accepted, credit card charged & duly waited, as instructed, for a text to say my order was ready to be picked up.Four hours later phone rings & I’m told they don’t have the item I ordered!How difficult can it be to link their inventory control to sales data in this day & age? No apology or offer to transfer said blocks from another location. No, order cancelled...Wham, bam, thank you M’am!Let’s hope Lowe’s can do better..

It took over 30 minutes to find a sales associate to help me locate what I needed. I was then given vague directions (that were incorrect) instead of being taken to the product as is general practice at retail establishments. Poorly stocked, dirty parking lot. I was taken aback at how far downhill this place has gone.

On the day of reservation received an email saying that my tool reservation was canceled, with no explanation whatsoever. When called the store, they couldn’t connect me with Tool Rental, took my name and number. I never got a call back. Go elsewhere if you don’t want you project plans ruined

I love home depot, they have everything you need for inside or outside. They even have stuff to clean my outside fish pond and better then the pet stores! Friendly staff sales persons always willing to help find what your looking for.

There was a man in the garden center, I think his name was Len, so nice and super helpful. My husband and I were buying pathway stones for our house right before the 4th of July. He is a perfect example of good service

They dont have everything. But they have most things that I might need for a small project. Home Depot in Snohomish is a smaller store. But I can get anything that home Depot carries anywhere. They have in-store pickup and they will also help you load. Hell, theyll load it for you!A great handy hardware store thats nearby my home.

If you want to be “helped” by a customer service department that doesn’t know what they are doing, go here! If you want to deal with management that disregards order/transactional issues and will gladly send his business a different store, want to sell with a pro desk that isn’t trained but will gladly mess up $20,000 worth of orders… this is the place for you! Do not recommend!!

This is one of the best Home Depots in the area. The layout is good, the aisles wide and clean. The staff is plentiful and helpful. They have a really well managed self-checkout if you dont have too much. The hand-scanner is really helpful (way better than those counter-height scanners you find in grocery stores)

I think this place is great but current market conditions make it so very expensive for pretty much everything. I hope it will get better but probably the new normal

I had a great customer service from Evan nice young guy from the tool area. He was beyond giving me the best suggestions for a drill I wanted to buy. We ending with a great tool and great explanation about the options. I’m happy see knowledge and effort from people like him. You are the best Evan!!

Worst management. Unhelpful. Don’t waste your time, go to a bigger store with trained management and employees.

The store was well stocked with seasonal items and therefore a very busy store on a sunny day. There were a lot of staff up and down the aisles but when it came to check out it was ridiculously long lines. If theres any reason that people decide not to shop somewhere its if they have to wait in line to give someone their money!!!

I saw 5 customers without masks. I asked an associate about the enforcement policy, as it is a state requirement. He said that they have a non confrontational policy. Crazy. They wont enforce a state mandated requirement meant to protect people. What if I didnt pay for anything in my cart. Do they have a nonconfrontational policy for that too?Even worse, I later saw 2 employees walking together without masks.Addendum: I just called the store manager. He told me that Home Depot enforces the mask regulation. Next time in the store, Ill ask for the manager.Update: Back at Home Depot. Saw two customers without masks near employees. I like it quite a bit but they need to invest a bit on their staff, not enough folks and the majority does not know much. Today another customer was trying to buy some Dewalt equipment and I had to do the rundown the poor guy was clueless about what the customer needed. I am far from a pro, I would say I am not new to this, but I should not know more then those who are selling the stuff, equal is OK.

Lots of staff around to help you out whether to find an item or unlock one. Somehow every time I need to return something, Im the first in line and the return takes 1 minute. Thats never been the case at any other location Ive been to.

Just okay. Surprised all employees not required to wear masks, not much evidence of covid 19 cleaning protocols on carts taking place either. No hand sanitizer no wipes.For non- Covid experience, still a solid meh. Grumpy attendant when I went in to buy a cordless drill and saw set, seemed irked I needed help. Sales attendant at self checkout was the only saving grace that prevented this from being 2 stars. Walked out with about $700 worth of stuff, probably not much compared with some people but I sure didnt feel welcome as a customer.

I had the pleasure of dealing with supervisor, John Smith and Chris Waters and Keeler the other day when I was at the Home Depot in Snohomish, WA. I was looking for a piece of plywood (chip board) and needed help finding the exact size. John was so helpful he showed me exactly what I needed and even had the piece of wood cut to size for my project. John was so helpful, he made sure I was taken care of 100% and also helped me secure a discount.... it was the best customer service Ive seen at a Home Depot. He pulled in Chris to ensure I was getting the exact size I needed and had Keeler carry the piece to my car and load it for me since it was so big. What nice gentlemen at this store! Highly recommend!

Just waited on hold for 40 minutes to be told that the tool rental department is too busy to answer a question. I will never rent anything from them again. Real poor customer service & no help loading.

Kitchen specialists are hard to pin down. Ask them a question and they go somewhere else. Its is all pretty much self serve there.

We ordered a new dishwasher at Home Depot. We waited for the delivery and the dishwasher came all smashed up. We got a refund.

Ordered a mirror online at the snohomish store only to find they didnt even have it, when the site said they had multiples!

Nice store with very helpful and friendly employees. I picked out what I wanted online and their website told me exactly where it was. I was in-and-out in 10 minutes.

Helpful staff showed me exactly what I needed.

They did not have the part I was looking for but they helped me order it for pick-up in a few days.

Home Depot was very busy today, but they seemed to be managing it pretty well. There were many choices and ideas present and visible in the areas I was in, which were pretty cool. They even had live Christmas trees! They had what we were looking for too. Thanks Home Depot!

Absolute worst customer service in the history of bad customer service. Do not expect to be helped or called back in the event you have an issue. Expect to be ignored no matter what you do. Visiting the store in person, emailing, calling, and calling corporate will all do you absolutely no good! Just hope you never get a defective product because you will never get your money back. They do not stand behind the products they sell. This photo is my flooring that I purchased last year from them. This is just one of the locations in my home that is failing miserably. Flooring was not even 10 months old and failed totally and completely. I have been basically ignored for the last 3 and a half months trying to find a resolution with Home Depot. Mind you this flooring was professionally installed and cost me a lot of money to be installed. Not that they care. Just be careful!

I selected curbside in the app, notified on the way. There were no marked curbside spots anymore so no spot number to enter into the app. I tried calling for 10 minutes with no answer so left and will cancel the order.

Home Depot in Snohomish is always my go to for a quick, easy experience for my home projects. I find the employees very knowledgeable in each area they are in. I also find that everyone is always quick to help.

I dont love the layout of this store, it feels like it doesnt flow in a way that makes sense. Things are still easy enough to find, it just takes longer. Also did not have the products needed, which seem like simple, normal things but nowhere has them, so it might be me at fault for thinking that. Either way, Home Depot is Home Depot and isnt going to disappoint.

We normally go to Lowes, but they were missing something and went here instead. These employees are SO ORGANIZED. And very helpful.Plus, this Home Depot is super nice. The self-checkout is on fancy computers.

The home depot in Snohomish is great. The service is great the lines are short and they always seem to have what you need.

There to return item. Quick, got me in and out. Make it easier on yourself and have receipt with item returning. It keeps the employer and yourself happy, and with that I will return to spend my money once again. Masks yes, particians between us yes, hand sanitizers at the front door. Yayall come back now ya hear.

Usually I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. At the Lewiston store, even though there are signs indicating ALL customers MUST wear face coverings..., The actual policy is that it is optional, and a significant number of customers ignore the requirement. I dont feel Home Depot is doing what they can to keep everyone safe.

I dont usually shop in big block stores. However, Im glad I did today. The few employees there were excellent and very helpful. You can tell they have worked hard. My sincerest thank to them both. I feel amiss because I didnt see their names.

Had an unusually poor experience recently at this location. I usually drive down from Everett to this store as the selection and staff are always above expectations. This recent experienced shocked me and my dad who has been in commercial construction for 32 years.Buyer beware! Just returned from Home Depot to pick up our custom ordered Jeld-Wen pre-hung interior doors.We decided to renovate the interior of our home and new doors were the final phase of the project. Upon arriving at the store I reviewed the doors and found all ten (10) doors to be damaged in some fashion. Every door had gnarly screw holes through the door jam in a fashion that could not be repaired cleanly. The bottom of one of the slabs was chipped up, and chunk the size of a quarter was chipped out of one of the other doors. After finding the original associate who helped me order the doors I kindly explained the condition of the doors. He could not believe my description so came to look at the doors himself. He was shocked as well to see the quality and condition of the doors. After seeing what the doors looked like I informed Customer Service I was refusing delivery of the doors. They contacted the Assistant Store Manager about the matter. He reviewed the doors and then commented: you should expect the doors to arrive to the store damaged. Other customers accept the doors like this as its considered building material. My father (Commercial Union Laborer for 32 years) and I stood speechless. My response was that is not acceptable to me and was not explained or stated during the lengthy ordering process. No consumer should ever expect to be forced to receive damaged/inferior/sub-par quality goods for full price. Bottom line... do not waste your hard earned dollars buying doors from Home Depot. I was the 2nd customer who refused the delivery of their doors that Saturday and it was only 10am. You are better off spending more money at a dedicated door store. Very disappointed in HD for treating customers spending thousands of dollars in this manner. It speaks volumes about their corporate values, inability to enable their people to serve the customer, and the lowering of expectations.UPDATE: I was first offered a steep discount to take the doors but refused. Was given a full refund. Went and spent the full price + $900 at a dedicated door store for better doors.

We bought a new washer and dryer last week. It was delivered on a Friday, and Sunday the washer started to leak. Home Depot told us to contact the manufacturer, who charges for every service call. Horrible service.

Purchased a sliding patio door just before Christmas after trying for months to use homedepots installation services Where they wanted 3x the cost of the door to install it (advertisement said $600, contractor quoted $1800) on a pre-prepped work area.Chose to install myself, get the door in and settled and they never attached the matching key for the lock. Here I am almost a month later back to back calls and no way to lock and secure my house, homedepot promised a new lock cylinder and key would be delivered over two weeks ago....still nothing and have yet to hear any response back to our calls

I can generally find the things I need... which is some odd items most of the time. This branch even has good deals. But you cant always find the assistance you need without running through the store to chase down a staff member. But i do always get what i need without having too go to far away from home.

Very few of the employees wore masks, despite the close proximity to many customers in the crowded store. When I brought this to the attention of the returns/service desk, I was told by an employee- -irritated at my question --that company policy was left up to personal preference. i am a FREQUENT shopper at this store, but decided to finish my shopping over at Fred Meyer. I will not be back to Home Depot until things improve in terms of protecting each other

Large selection of building products. Checkout is friendly. Finding help is difficult compared to other small hardware stores.

The returns desk is a total disaster!Waited 20 mins to be able to return something and I had 2 more people in front of me and they didn’t even got to return their stuff while I waited. I had 5 more people behind me. I had to leave after not even acknowledging the issue. There 5 people in the desk but no one could do return!!! Not sure why I keep coming back! Never again after I rerun my item.
