FEDEX is absolutely ridiculous! First of all, this location had me on hold all the way until it they closed. Then they cannot do anything for you. You sign up for the updates and YOU DONT EVEN GET AN UPDATE! My package was delayed a whole 24 hours and I could not even get an update for that nor a proper rearrangement for my inconvenience. THEY REALLY SUCK.

This location is AWESOME! Cindy and the gang are always courteous and helpful. I use this store Monday-Friday for delivery of prescription drugs to our pharmacy customers, and I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

I know nothing about running a retail store, but went to get some docs printed last night. The young lady running the store was putting on a clinic. She was running from one end of the store to the other with nothing but perfection. At one point without even looking she was helping a gentleman print from his station by giving him multiple instructions and helping another lady at the counter. If this were the Olympics she would take the gold.

Sloan was amazing, she had a fantastic customer service! I didnt know how to transfer and print, she not only showed but she took my phone and did the process! Thank you for your awesome service Sloan. The store was very clean and everything was perfectly located. I definitely will be back to this location.

I only come to this location. While they may get busy from time to time they always take care of customers in a professional manner and in a timely fashion. I have been to numerous Atlanta area FedEx office print centers and none of them are capable of handling the small jobs I bring in quickly. They are too busy. This is the best location in a 25 mile radius. Take the time to come by. If they are busy just give them a minute. Cindy and her staff are amazing. I never post reviews but I frequent this location and they always take care of me.

Wonderful Staff😄. The manager and her employees, Zavier and Sloan went out of their way to help me with my packages.They were actually supposed to be shipped from the UPS next door, but they handled everything for me here with no hassles, extra charges and quickly.They are a great team and the customers leave happy. Good job!

Horrible customer service, lost 3 packages, delivered a package to my house one day and then the next marked my house is undeliverable because they say we moved. Dont have any accountability and nobody in the company cares. I called this location to try and get help because its next to my house and its where the package is being delivered and they basically told me too bad theres nothing were going to do about it

I am a regular long time Lawrenceville, GA Customer who just had the worse service experience. I had to contact the Riverside Lawrenceville GA store to get the service I am use to. Muian have poor customer service VERY RUDE. OTHER CUSTOMERS SHOOK THEIR HEADS. THE NEW SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY HELPFUL. THANKS CHRISTIAN 👍.

The ladies working here rock! Needed to print a 200 pager. They did excellent work and had me in and out in now time. I’ll be going back for sure.

Ive dropped off a bunch of FedEx packages a here. Sometimes a little slow, but overall good. No problems. Takes Express packages until 7pm

Very convenient if youre able to schedule your print pick-ups during their business hours, but if you send something to be printed overnight (even as early as 7pm) and kindly ask to pick it up the following morning, prepare for an attitude from the cashier.
