Horrible customer service. I called ahead and verified/asked about the boulders. They told me the price for the smallest and up to the largest and that I could get as little/many as wanted.First visit We stood there for 45 minutes and couldn’t get anyone to help us. We finally asked another customer and he told us what to do. Finally a worker came over and got smart with us and told us they were about to close. No big deal, paid and left.Went back a week later to get some more rocks and they then tell us we couldn’t get a few boulders and the same guy in the skid steer was rude again! Needless to say, they are not all on the same page, no reason to be rude (we were super nice and patient) and we wasted 2 hours of our time driving there and leaving empty handed. :( The Gravel Co will keep my business :)

Great place to get topsoil, river rock, etc. They are quick to load and topsoil is $20 cash for a full scoop and 1300 lbs. No topsoil if its rained recently and is muddy but rock is ok. A trailer makes it easy. Friendly guys working.

The Employees at the Rock Place are amazing. they are professional, courteous, and all around GREAT!My delivery was delayed because of the recent ice and snow storms. The Rock Place made sure that I received my order and was able to meet my other obligations.The Rock Place ROCKS!

My wife and I love this place! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly! Just take a few pictures of your project and they will tell you exactly what you need. They have great service and prices. I am usually in and out in five minutes...very fast! I get pickup truck loads of driveway gravel for around $21.

My experience over several years making purchases from The Rock Place have always been a great experience. My husband & I have always had great satisfaction with my various projects. They are very helpful and thoughtfully make suggestions that answered all my questions weather It was a natural rock walkway, a natural looking fire pit, or using rocks to create interest in my landscaping. Although I am working through a contractor for a new patio, I wanted to say how impressed I was with the delivery of the materials. First, the driver was pleasant and polite to me the homeowner. Second, he verified with the crew working on site where to set the materials. Third, he was aware of all the kids around who were watching and he smiled and waved to them. Most importantly, he cleaned the truck bed of all rocks and debris before leaving - he didnt just sweep them into the street, he used a bucket he had to take it all with him which may have prevented a cracked windshield down the road. Good training and a great representation of your business.

In my book the Rock Place is one of the Best Places to get any of your Rock needs! I own Pine Haven Landscaping and have been getting my Rock Materials from Rock Place for several Jobs that we have done in and around the Nashville area for Years. If its Rock that I need, I call Johnathan and he literally makes it happen! The Rock Place is usually my First and Only Choice for most All of my Flagstone, Fieldstone, River Stone and many other types of Stone and Patio Materials. I always tell my Clients, that i send there to pick out the Stone all the time, if its Rock you need to do the Job The Rock Place is the Place to Go. I suggest that if you are needing Rock, Check them out and you wont be disappointed.

I have purchased over 10 yards of Alabama sunset for my property. Went to purchase one more yard for a new landscape addition. And was told I wasnt allowed to buy a yard of it because I wasnt on a waiting list, even though there was a huge pile on site... Seems like you have to own a big landscaping company to get the rocks you want. Definitely not for the average home owner.

For several years The Rock Place has delivered gorgeous boulders to add just the right touch to gardens around Nashville and Brentwood. My clients have been very pleased with the results! I called this company to find out how they operated. Basically could I come pick out the boulders I wanted. First she answered the phone “HELLO” and was put off when I asked if this was the stone place. When I asked questions all she would say was this is a quarry. So I’m guessing retail is not their strong point because she had zero customer service. This company will NOT be getting my business.

Went into the office for help and got my questions answered, very friendly staff. I was told to pick out the rocks I want. They sell per the ton. As I have a few picked out ready to load. The gentleman with the fork lift. Came over and said I cant have you sort through the pallets like that I left so confused but took my buisness els where because I take pride in my work and care of my costumers and find it important to sort and find the right rock for my landscapes because its my Art.

Fairly easily the best rock place in middle TN. I think its time they bring the business model NW about 15 miles and open The Rock place 2!

Jonathan spent time with me reviewing the project off my back patio. He walked me through the various options and then stepped away giving me time to determine what I wanted. Then he allowed me to pick the specific stones I wanted. Amazing customer service! I will be back here for the next project.
