8:51 southbound on 280, Reliable Hydraulics truck license number CBP2622 pulls into the turn lane to pass two lanes of cars stopped for a school bus. He slams on the brakes to stop when he sees the bus has a camera. Then, when the bus retracts the sign, he proceeds to cut off traffic that had actually maintained lane and stopped for the bus.Not the type of people I would hire or want near my business/home.
Great Place to Work!
My experience started with David Echols. He was my first point of contact and was very helpful. He volunteered to come to my home and ensure that the lifts I wanted would fit. Not only did he do all the measurements but he was a pleasure to talk with. I had Caleb, Kyle and Robert come to my home and install the 2 lifts. They were very professional and did a great job ensuring everything was right before they left. They left my garage clean and I was very pleased with their work. After the work was done David Echols came by to ensure that I was pleased and that I had a complete understanding of the operation of the lifts. I would recommend Reliable Hydraulics to my family and friends. David thank you again for ensuring this purchase was the best for my family and I. Caleb, Kyle and Robert great installation..Well Done by everyone
Thanks Wade for an excellent shop repairs. All my air lines are quiet and runs a lot stronger than before. I recommend Wade to all my peers to get the job done right.
All these reviews must be bought and paid for by (Un)Reliable Hyd. I have dealt with these guys several (too many) times in the past 10 years. It generally takes 3 or 4 phone calls and that many weeks to get them out for a simple estimate. Lift Repair? I wish!
The folks at Reliable Hydraulics as a walk-in customer rebuilt a high quality floor lift for us. Additionally installed gummi like wheels for the floor jacks enhancement - Fare price upfront with a reasonable time line for service. Service time went into extra innings sourcing the manufactures part components. Its all Good
I’ve dealt with Reliable for several years now and I’ve always had a GREAT experience! Johnathan got the parts I needed to repair my lift at a great price and in a timely manner!
BOUGHT A LIKE NEW USED LIFT. THEY TOLD ME IT HAD ONLY BEEN USED 5 TIMES. ONE PIECE OF LIFT WAS DAMAGED UPON DISSASSEMBLY/ TRANSPORT BY RELAIBLE HYDRAULICS. THEY LOADED THE LIFT FOR ME AT PURCHASE. 20-30 MIN LATER WHEN I WAS UNLOADING IT BACK AT MY SHOP I NOTICED THE PROBLEM AND CALLED. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT AND REPLACE THE PART FREE OF CHARGE. TOOK THE PART ALMOST 3 WEEKS TO COME IN. THEY NEVER CALLED TO SAY THE PART CAME IN, ONCE I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET SOMEONE WHO KNEW ABOUT IT TO CONFIRM IT WAS THERE I WENT TO PICK IT UP. IT TOOK THEM OVER 1HR TO FIND THE PART, WHICH BASICALLY RUINED MY DAY TIME WISE. THEN ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER THEY CALLED WANTING ME TO PAY FOR THE PART. SAYING I BROKE IT. WHY WOULD I BREAK A PART AND ONLY ASK FOR IT TO BE REPLACED? IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT IF I ASKED FOR THE PART FREE AND A BIG DISCOUNT. THEN I MAYBE WOULD OF HAD A INCENTIVE TO BREAK IT.JOHNATHON THERE OUTSIDE SALES REP ALSO OFFERED ME A TAX FREE SALE IF I PAID CASH...... WHICH IS ILLEGAL.SKETCHY. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAINI ALMOST MADE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM THEM TWICE, AND I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE IF JOTHATHON HADNT CALLED DEMANDING I PAY FOR THE BROKEN PART HE PROMISED WOULD BE FREE AND TAKEN CARE OF.IM SURE I COULD DIG THE PIECE OUT OF THE TRASH IF NEEDED AND SUBMIT PHOTOS.IF YOU HAVE NO CHOICE AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM. DEAL WITH BEN PITTS, HES THE ONLY GUY THERE WHO SEEMED LIKE HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOINGIM NOT A PERSON WHO LEAVES BAD REVIEWS. THEY EARNED THIS 1 STAR
