Ive had my Monument Grill for around 3 years now. This has been the best grill Ive owned.After seeing several of the other reviews about rusting I can only suggest keeping the grill out of the elements. This may have escalated issues and rusting. Mine is always out of the elements and cleaned after each use. I dont have use a cover either.Ive had no problems so far and made many meals with this grill. I would recommend the add on accessory smoke box. Love adding extra flavor and it works well. I slide mine next to an end burner to adjust heat according. This helps to get the box smoking and then I can control it easier.Hope that others with worse reviews get their issues resolved because this has been the best grill for me so far.

Been using this 2 burner grill for a while now and have grilled just about everything on it. We clean it after every use to keep it in good condition. Would definitely recommend

I was skeptical about the pellet grill but it works well. Would suggest feeding small pellets for better grilling.

I really like this grill. It’s well constructed and was easy to put together. Cleaning up is even easier after use. Temperature controls are well adjusted to knobs. Usually it just turn on and off. With the temp gauge’s on each knob it’s simple to control. Included was an LED strip lite usb plug in at the rite side of the grill. Plus the lite’s on the knobs are blue lite. Nice for grilling late and it gets dark out. I bought the cover also for protection here in the Texas heat. Just be careful when grabbing the handle to open the grill because the sun bakes that stainless steel handle. Even with the cover on it. I would recommend this grill to anyone.

We have owned this grill for a year and two months. Our grill gets used no more than a time or two per week. It is covered when not being used and cleaned routinely. We have replaced the regulator, have a rusted catch plate under the grill and the searing station has worn through. The quality is just not there.

The assembly instructions are the very Worst I have ever seen and I have assembled a ton of products. The illustrations are very amateur without getting the details that you need and you are basically left to figure it out on your own. I was lucky to be able to go online and find help with the wiring assembly - otherwise I would be SOL.

Great grill (?), but...I was following online reviews and decided to go with Monument. Quality looked great, reviews were good and the price point was right for me. I was very happy when ordering and patiently expected the grill to arrive.The grill was quickly shipped and arrived at my door step just a few days later. I was very excited to get it installed and planned to do it over the weekend.Upon opening the box, I found that the unit arrived damaged, with the firebox badly warped. After snapping a few pics, I put it all back in the box and communicated, by email, with Monument customer service. I was glad to get an almost immediate response, stating that the grill will be replaced. So far, so good...It has been almost two months since I first communicated with Monument CS. In the meantime, COVID hit. I tried to reach out, every couple of weeks, fully understanding that these are not normal times. I have not received any answers to my messages, other than one email, more than a month later, stating the they will follow up, ASAP. Almost three weeks later and still nothing.I fully understand that things are tough right now. I am also more than happy to wait for a new unit to arrive. That said, being ignored is a less favorable option...So far I have not been able to enjoy the grill. I was also unable to get answers about what I should do or when I can expect a replacement.I will be glad to have the opportunity to change the review, once this is resolved. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Purchased a gas converter and never came. I emailed them, no reply. Definitely beware. You have better success buying their grills from Lowe’s or Home Depot.. never directly from them.Update! After almost 10 days I received shipping information from Fed Ex and then received additional information from Monument Grills regarding shipment of item all the way until it was delivered. Although there was such a delay in customer response, this certainly helped sway my previous review.

After receiving my new 6 burner clearview I feel the need to say thank you to the customer service department, specifically Sarah H. for keeping me apprised of my delivery and time it entails. Yes it arrived in the time suggested with no shipping damage and I am extremely satisfied. I would tell anyone to do business with this company. You will not be disappointed just be patient and ask questions if you need answers. They took good care of my order. Thank you!

After a year of use the grill pan and parts rusted out. When I went to the company let told me no longer under warranty which was ok, however they sent me to there parts page for $ 21.00 of parts ( not heavy in weight) they wanted to charge well over $28.00 for standard UPS to Fl and guess what after I searched all over they are the only one who have the parts so I guess thats how they make extra money. They may make a good grill but beware when you need parts.

I never write these kind of reviews, but I have to warn others: dont buy directly from Monument Grills. I purchased a new grill directly from them over 2 weeks ago, and the next day, they told me it was shipping. It didnt. When I politely emailed their customer service a week later, asking for an update, I got a reply the next day, apologizing for the delay as they are short staffed due to COVID, but promising my order would ship that day and Id see movement on the tracking number within 24 hours. I understand that, so I waited the holiday weekend plus a day. My grill still hadnt shipped. So I emailed again, with no reply. Then I discovered they charged my credit card back on the day they first claimed my order shipped. Not only did they never send the grill after claiming to do so, twice, but they took my money anyway, and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. The grills seem wonderful but the company clearly has issues and I recommend you dont do business with them.

Warranty is worthless, they do not stand behind their product, going on 3 months now trying to get my grill replaced but only get the run around. A 400 dollar grill should work more than once they sent a replacement that didnt even work out of the box now its been going on almost 5 months of run around and still have 2 useless grills on my porch.

I bought my Monument Grill almost a year ago. It is the worst grill I have ever owned. The grease trap is so small and the grease dont even run out of the grill into the trap, my grill has caught fire 3 times. Ive never had a Grill catch fire. Today was the 3rd time and destroyed my Rotisserie and melted the front of the grill. I will never buy another one of these. So Dissatisfied!

Monument Grills did the right thing and refunded me in full outside the warranty period so they are a company with integrity. My grill rusted out in about 2-3 years of use, still functional but rusting really bad. They are looking into it and said they would make corrections. In this day and age at least they did the right thing which says a lot.

I cant get a rep on the phone brand new grill wont feed the pellets to burner HEIP !!!
