They did a excellent job changing the lock on my Ram pickup. A lot cheaper than the competitors. The others wanted 3 times more and was going to have to wait a week. These did their work the next day. I highly recommend using them. Thanks guys!!

Called during the week to find out about pricing. The pricing was fair and they even said if I was doing a key and 2 fobs they could give me a discount. Asked if they were open on Saturday and was told they are but limited availability and to just call ahead to make sure a tech can see you. On my way, since I live 45minutes away, I called was told they only have mobile services available and even if I met the mobile service at their location it would be an extra $95 for the mobile service. Probably won’t be doing service from here because of this issue with no accommodation. I’d almost rather drive to downtown Nashville as the cost in gas would make the trip worth it at that point.

I selected this locksmith because on Google it said they had been in business for 40 years so I figured it was more than just a business in a truck. I needed a key for a storm door lock that in the six years Ive lived in this house Ive never had a key for. He did a great job of making the key and he even checked it to make sure that it rotated the cylinder before I left. I got home installed it and it wouldnt operate the lock. So I took it back and he checked it and said that it was the lock itself that was bad because while the deadbolt lever would rotate from the inside it wouldnt rotate with the key on the outside. All I could do was replace the lock because he could not fix it.The reason for the three stars is while he did offer good service I feel he knew the lot did not work when he handed it back to me because the last thing he did was turn the key in the lock he should have noticed at that time that the deadbolt lever didnt turn. So I pretty much spent $20 for a couple of keys for nothing.I didnt give him the opportunity to sell me the new lock I just went home got on Google and ordered one online.

The shell from my car keys broke and everyone was pricing me $200+ Just to make me a new key. I called Derek and he told me to come on in! When i tell y’all, Derek is a lifesaver!! He was so so so sweet and very welcoming! He was very informative on what he was doing, why he was doing it, and also gave me comparisons. Thank you again, Derek. You saved me so so much money! Horrible experience. They put in a “refurbished ignition in my truck. It broke within hours and caused my truck to not go in gear on the highway. They wouldn’t come to me to fix the issue. I had to bring it to them when I originally paid for a service call to my home. Now I finally get it replaced and my steering column is so loose where they worked on it that it has to be put in the shop. The boss said he could come by next week to look at it. Wow

Took the vehicle to them to make a key for a truck toolbox. The tech literally booted up his laptop, determined which key to use and cut 3 in total while sitting 10feet from my truck in front of his business. Cost was $50. When I asked why, he stated it was $35 just to look up the code and cut one. The other 2 were cheap. I don’t appreciate that at all. Moral of the story….ask first. There are other shops.

I bought a replacement key fob for my 2013 Ram 1500 from the Dodge dealership. They tried repeatedly to program it but could not get it to work. They wanted to charge me $130 diagnostic fee to figure out the issue, and they said they would likely have to replace the RF Hub as well for another $500 - all of this on top of the $225 I paid for the key fob. I left the dealership very frustrated and was about to return the key fob and just live with one key. I thought about it, and decided to try a locksmith even though Dodge couldn’t figure it out.I called A lock and key center and they were super nice and friendly. I brought the key fob in and they had it working like a charm in about 15 minutes. I can’t say enough how relieved I was that I had 2 keys to my truck again. Thank you!!!

Overpriced. I paid $15 for two copies of a recreational vehicle. I needed another key for a different type of vehicle as well. It was $20 more that other places. On top of that they would not have been able to come out till the following week or later for service. The only plus was that they could make a variety of keys that some places could not.

I cant say enough positive things about Derek and his talents as a locksmith. He was able to remove a broken key from inside my ignition switch on my Porsche 944. His determination and desire to achieve a completely satisfied customer was refreshing. Truely a shop focused on outstanding customer service and reasonable prices. Good locksmith, so so easy to find.Smaller establishment so I passed by couple times before I saw the sign. Parking is limited due to lot shared by multiple businesses. Store is actually located in a great site within minutes of surrounding towns.Walked in to business and greeted right away, nice touch. Manager (owner???) very knowledgeable about keys. I needed a specific vehicle model key made. Manager knew of multiple vehicles that used the exact same type of key. So maybe I did not get a fancy key with cool logo on it, I did get a key that works perfect.This place does sell other items besides keys. Locks too lol.Now the reason I gave 4 stars, on the spendy side.All in all, I would recommend this locksmith for replacement keys. If their locksmith service is as good as their customer service then I think the extra few clams would be worth your patronage.

A GOD SEND!! One of my employees locked her 1 year old in the car. Strapped in her car seat smiles from ear to ear as everyone looked at her through the window. It was a cloudy day but hot. I knew we didnt have much time. I called the Lock & key center and Derek answered. I told him the story and he said he was about 15 minutes away. As I contemplated calling the police Derek came flying into the driveway. How he got there so fast was beyond me. With a quick handshake he went to work. The baby at this time was starting to fuss. Derek never panicked he just kept working. After a few attempts with a rod he grabbed his cell. I heard him say I dont care what it costs I have a baby locked in a car and I need the key code NOW!! with in minutes he was cutting a new key. Everyone was stating to panic as the baby appeared very upset but Derek never missed a beat. He jumped out of the van, stuck the key it the door and opened it. I sent my employee inside and told Derek I would take care of the bill. Bill me what you need to I said. You are a blessing to all of us today and what every the charge, you are worth every penny. He looked at me and said No Charge. What!! He knew I could afford it. Why I asked. This was personal for me, my way of giving back. I stuck my credit card in his hand and he gave it right back. Very Impressed!!! I had a suitcase that needed a key made and Derek (I believe was his name(yes the guy in the picture)) really went out of his way to find me a solution. He could not find the exact key because it was a suitcase key and didnt have much info but he definitely made me a key that worked for the most part and because I wasnt completely satisfied he didnt charge me! If I had cash with me I would have given it to him. I am from out of town but If I lived locally he would be my go to guy.
