Had a great experience buying my wedding band. We purchased the ring on December 23rd. We told them our wedding date and asked if it would be done being sized by then. We were told it would be and we would receive emails and phone calls when it was ready. We called the day before the wedding January 12, because we had not heard anything. We were told it was not there. We called the day after our wedding January 14, and were told it had been at the store since Friday January 8th. Absolutely love the band but the experience with not having it on the wedding day was VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Yikes. Met with attitude the second I walked in the door. Didn’t ask me any questions to determine what I was wanting or why. Awkward experience.... I loved the ring I found but for better service and information I will stay with the competition.To add I have no idea what the girls name is or anything. Would have purchased the ring today had we had a better experience.
They couldnt size my ring in time so nicely sent me to City Limit Repair!

I was in the store today and this lady was treating one of the employees like garbage. But I was thoroughly impressed by the employees demeanor and how she handled the situation. Although I didnt buy anything this time around, Ive definitely gained a lot of respect for Kay Jewelers and their employees.I got the employees name on my way out: Bridgette. When I come back for my special ladys ring, Ill definitely ask Bridgette to be the one to help me out.

Cant order online and pick up in store.47 billion business allow you to order online and pick up in store. Here is my issues. I went to the store last minute and saw something. It was no longer on sale like it was 2 days ago. So I went home and online I could use the promo code and order it. I asked if I can pick it up in store since it was in stock in the store. They can only ship and it would not have made it in time for our Christmas party.

I preorder a men wedding ring size 6.5 and waited for almost like 2 weeks while they told me only 1 week from the date I order. No phone call or anything so I dropped by the store and check, and the lady who preorder my ring acted like she dont know anything. She called Kay customer service and check on my ring and turn around and told me that the ring I order DOES NOT have my size.My wedding is like 3 day away..Im really disappoint and angry. Ill file a complaint with Kay! Will not return!
