This location closes at random times throughout the night, so they need to update their store hours because this IS NOT A 24 HOUR STORE. Stop lying to the public. An employee unlocked the door for a Cobb Co cop last night and then told me the place was closed. Ive written a letter to corporate and they wont even address the issue. The good news is theres a QT right up the street and they actually stay open 24 hours a day, as advertised.

Either be open 24 hours or dont. Dont claim to be and be the 2nd Racetrac I went to in a row that is closed at 11 pm on a friday.

For a place that alleges its open 24/7, its impressive that of the 6 times Ive tried to visit in the last two months its been open ONCE.

Clean bathrooms, good cashiers. (Wendell) was on staff and checked us out. He provided good sense of humor, accurate info and an overall pleasant experience. Wendell deserves to be management or at least a raise. I appreciate people and their professionalism and he hit that on the head.

Worst racetrack ever. For this to be a major gas station right off the highway it closes randomly throughout the night. Im a local and Im honestly aggravated at how often this store closes.

Closed at 10:20pm on Sunday. All the lights on, attendant gave the closed hand sign through the window. Atrocious service.

The manager on duty never want to stop and do money orders so she tells the staff to tell everyone that the money order machine is down!!! This is everytime I come here

Customer service should be improved. App was malfunctioning (not my fault) and cashier rang up wrong price. I then showed her the correct rewards on my phone and she says rudely “ come on sweetie I have a line”... all while motioning her hands in a hurry up motion. Rude and impatient. Being essential shouldn’t mean being rude, impatient and attempting to embarrass customers. Won’t be returning here! It’s in a bad spot anyways 💯

Today is Monday September 7th @ 8:00am. The cashier Sheree (misspell) & the MOD was not welcoming. I walked in & no one acknowledged me. She did not greet me when I came to the counter, instead continued her conversation with her co worker. When I was finished in the store I did not get a farewell. I still said “Have a good day”.

The quality of Service is WAY DOWN...Employes have no sense of know what items the store carries...

Hours are listed as 24 hours but it was closed at 12:45am

I love their coffee!! And all of the associates thereSherise, chante, meme, jordon and kyrie just to mention some! They give great customer service, top of the line!! There is a racetrack closer to my house but Id rather drive to this store just to see them an get coffee on the way!!

NOT open 24/7

For some reason on Monday July 13th the Racetrac is closed at 5:56 am. No note on the door not letting folks in. You pull up you get out of your car to walk in and the doors are locked. No one inside saying anything to you extremely unprofessional. At least have a note.

This is the 2nd time that my spouse and myself have visited this location in earlyhours of the morning as our job travels bring us to this area...I have a Race Trac app, love the coffee...both times we have been told the restrooms were out of order, both men & women.Same reason both visits. So with that said, we took our gas & coffee purchaseto BP across the street...a sale loss for Race Trac...

Went there this whole week and the ice machine was broke.

Cant go wrong at Racetrac. They have everything you need. Get a slice of pizza for a quick snack. Get an ice cream. You want it, they got it.

The employees are always patient and kind everytime I stop in. They didnt dissappoint tonight when I came in tired and weary. I left in a good mood feeling better as usual.They hire good security. The guard who works normally at night is friendly and polite to the patrons. There are never problems here when he is working. He keeps everyone safe with a calm demeanor and friendly nature. Humility is the best way to do that. Thats what he is. I respect him for that.

RaceTrac is one of my favorite gas stations next to QuickTrip. No need to ask for a bathroom key. Good selection of stuff.

It says 24 hours but it’s not. People are rude. There even a sign that says you can use the the service box if the door is locked but they still refused to service me. This franchise is a LIE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Cashed my ticket out but didnt pay my money now I cant get my money at any store number doesnt work sad dont go after 9pm they only sell gas after that time sad

Absolutely ridiculous how they were short staffed, so the store simply was closed until 5:30 am. The level of irresponsibility here in the ATL metro area is mind blowing. SMH

I ordered Uber eats from this racetrac. I ordered caramel m&m’s and they gave me regular. I guess the employees have trouble reading. The American Education system needs to do better. It’s a tragedy to leave people behind on basic reading skills.

Unfortunately, I have to rehash my words about this Racetrac. This store is nothing like it was five months ago. Now, if you are lucky to find it open at night, the store has become run down and very uninviting. Good customer service requires you to anticipate your guests needs and being aware of regular customers schedules. I am disappointed in the management team and associates behavior. But like I was told, there was another Racetrac up the road. Even though I, and my fellow employees are on a 30 minute lunch, I will have to travel a lot further to the Racetrac up the street. But that will be better as far as getting fresh quality merchandise and a crappy attitude from the manager. I wont be back! You lost a lot of business when Shawn and his crew left. Your new employees are running this once best Racetrac in the state of Georgia into the ground.

Remodeled store is much nicer, the employees have been very pleasant and helpful.

Really neat place with friendly staff. Seems the selection of other products has narrowed since Racetrac started doing the kitchen stuff and that is a little disappointing.

Quick stop for gas, surprised by all the food choices inside, cool!

I always go to QuickTrip but I had to work at another location so I stop here I was kinda excited because it has been awhile since I visited a racetrac let’s just say half of all the drinks were flat and the chips I purchased were old and not fresh at all I couldn’t even bite through them I didn’t even want to go back, just a waste of money !

It would be great if they could keep the riff raft away. I guess thatd be hard to do in Atlanta though.

I purchased a 6 Pack of beer and the package was tampered with; one of the beer bottles was half filled. Someone drunk a beer and screwed the cap back on. Smh. I cant even trust this whole package now!

Not the best place to get drinks but its clean inside. My problem is with the patrons that frequent this location. Expect to be approached by people selling bootleg cds and scam artist seeking free gas.
