I was staying at the Comfort Inn hotel across the street so I stopped in to purchase water and a drink. I will never go to that store again. The woman at the counter could hardly stop her conversation with another worker to ring up my purchase. She didnt bother to say thank you, come again, nothing. This place is so impersonal it has glass covering the entire counter sending the impression of I dont want to talk to you just spend your money in my store. Why do people overlook customer service and keep these type places in business? If you stay at the Comfort Inn on Highlands Parkway in Smyrna GA think twice before spending your money at EZ TRIP
