The level of work place disfunction was beyond me, as we walk in we realize nacho cheese is spilling over onto counter, 5 employees in there and only the baker and on young lady in the register we’re helping out. Trying to get a coffee when I go to the creamer section they were out of all, spoke to the young lady who at this point is asking her coworkers to help to no avail. Finally ready to cash out and the young lady places a next register sign, no problem head to the other register and she point to the lady who just placed the sign up, and leaves to continues her chit chat… incompetence all the way around upper management needs to better train and equip these employees as to me that is strike two! Anytime I’ve gone to a Thornton’s in Rutherford county they’ve been out of coffee and or creamer.

One of the cheapest places to get diesel. I pass by Thorntons 3x/wk and always stop to get fuel. I have a membership so I get 3 cents off and periodically get 10 cents off. I set the membership up for all drivers in my family so I can get 10 cent more often. Fountain drinks are cheap. No fee for using the ATM.

Why do you not have 2 persons work the register. The line is terrible virtually every time Im in your store

Charge for just ice in a cup and bathrooms have been closed to the public for a while.

Was good but I have a question? Why they are asking to wear mask when theyre NOT WEARING MASK ??? well the one preparing food was wearing 😁😇 😷😷😷...I saw some of the customers without mask too 🤔😬

You can get a lot of things and gas here. You will get a lot respect from the people that work there.

Not happy, I gas up here all the time. Today I decided to go in to buy a fountain drink and a snack $.79 + $1.99, which came to $3.01. I gave the cashier a $20, the change $.99 was automatically dispensed from the cash register and the cashier did a quick shuffle of the dollar bills before handing me my change. I took the money in good faith, put it in my pocket and went to my car. After driving home, I see now the cashier gave me back in dollar bills $13. I have a feeling someone was trying to get over on me. I would go back but I have no way to prove anything but I know I only had a one twenty dollar bill on me. So today I bought a $.79 drink and a $1.99 snack and it costed me $6.01. I lost big time. Note to self, never ever, go back in to the store, buy the gas and go home.

Go their often. Its across. The street from my work people are always polite. Sometimes it gets pretty crowded though

Love this place. Drinks are 99 with card. And basically rack up points for free stuff. Gas is 10 cent off first 30 day sign up

Wow so had to get gas late and the young man working you could telling he didnt want to be at work, now I remember why I started going out of my way to get gas at the other gas stations

IF I have to stop in the morning (5AM) I go to this location. Usually super fast, in and out.

Love the store but it has really gotten messy with staff change. And always out of tea or decaf. I have to go to competition to get drinks.

Really wish management wouldnt coach employees in front of customers. Its not very professional and takes the employees attention off of the customer.
