Ordered a couple shirts from Weaver Productions that were custom shirts she created just for our school. I ordered these back in July, along with several of my colleagues. We all waited and waited for the orders to come in, and in September we stopped receiving communication from the owner. I have emailed her twice about my order, offering to come pick it up so that she did not have to deliver (as she had offered before), or requesting a refund if there was an issue with the shirts. I was fine with either option, knowing that sometimes things happen. I have yet to receive a response from the owner. It seems that she just took my money and has ignored me since. She has incredibly poor customer service, and I would absolutely not recommend ordering from her. She got quite a bit of money from me and my colleagues with no product to show for it.

I ordered 3 shirts in July and still haven’t received them. I was told on more than 1 occasion that they would be to me by the end of the weekend and it’s 3 months later and still no shirts. I’m super disappointed because not only did I order, I recommended the shirts to many of my co-workers who also paid for their shirts in July and now no one has shirts. I have reached out at least 3 times since the last time I was told I would have them and I don’t get a reply. This is very poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this business.
