I stopped in during a stay at a local hotel. The folks in there greeted me and offered help if i had questions. The prices are different in this state for everything Im used to so i cant speak on prices. Fresh sticks and nice folks is about all I can offer

Selection is good but the customer service sucks. I bought three cigars from them. No help and when I asked if they had cigar cases I was told no even though the display cases were full of them.

The owner was so kind. She helped me out so fast for what I needed.

Cluttered humidor but very good selection. However, the biggest flaw with brick and mortar is always the customers. Asking where something is shouldn’t result in attitude.

I recently went in to buy a few cigars & wanting to use my points that I had accumulated over time buying from here. I had been told to mention points the next time I’m in & I would be able to use them. I got my usual & went up to the counter & mentioned “points”. She said I had already used them & said they were used in the last part of December of last year. I told her that couldn’t be & she assured me the points were used. I work in Atlanta & live in Flowery Branch. The last part of December I was not in Atlanta due to the holidays. I told her there was not ANY activity on my bank account on those days nor would I drive from Flowery Branch to her store just for cigars. That’s like a two hour trip. She also told me I had points added during the holidays along with my points being deducted. I told her to take my name out of her “ Points System”. If you’re going to have a system like this it needs to be better watched. I will not be back.

I just left out of this business that I am visiting for the first time. Needless to say, they never have to worry about me gracing their doors again. I went in to buy a humidor for my husband and they didnt even acknowledge my presence, as they sat and talked football. I was in there for a little while, without any interaction. Another lady of another race walks in the door and is immediately acknowledged. Not only acknowledged, but checked out. I turned and walked out in pure disbelief. We work hard and our money is just as good as anyone elses, but we will spend it elsewhere.

Every time I stop by I find something great. Well stocked humidor with great variety at good prices. Something great for everyone

Old inventory. Tried several brands Perdomo, Monte Cristo, Rocky Patel & more... Of those smoked too many were dried out & burned irregular. Maybe humidor issue? IF you pay that much for their cigars, you should get good smoke.

Hole in wall sort of set up, almost 20 yrs in the business. Lots of cigars, lots of plume, good prices and if you dig hard enough youll find some vintage boxes real quickly. Picked up Don Pepin boxes from 2007 and 2009. Worth it to stop by, the regulars are very friendly and laid back.

This is a great place to go, smoke a cigar and relax. Nice lounge with wide screen TV. Great prices on cigars and two big ageing rooms. I go here about everyday. The owner Jackie is great. They also have a free rewards program

Ive bought pipe tobacco from them for over 15 years. They are the only ones that carry my favorite -Cocoa Creme. Been all over the country but I still buy from them. May they live long and prosper!
