I have rented some books from here in the entire experience has been awful when I first ordered my books at the beginning of the school year they charged my card for it never sent the books and then said that the payment was declined after they took the money out of my account. When it was time for me to turn my books in I have emailed them and called them and even went there to turn in said books and I have had no response in anyway now I am getting an email saying that I owe them $220 for books because I did not turn them in on time I am new to the state of Tennessee as well a freshman in college I reached out for help and got none this is extremely unprofessional and I’m very disappointed. If I knew it was going to be like this I honestly would have went to Amazon ir gone a completely different route!!!!

Printers never work.. Jammed, out of ink, or overloaded... Sometimes the printer queue is erased to try to fix it but they wont tell anyone they reset it so you could be waiting for nothing. Go extra early if you need to print before class. They just need more printers available.

Convieniently located and impressively spacous.

Stopped in to pick up a textbook. They were extremely busy but service was quick and the associates were super friendly.
