I consider Village Green Flowers the unspoken hero of my budget tight wedding. When I first reached out to Kara with VGF, I told her I was one step away from going to Publix to get my wedding bouquet because funds were tight.She asked me how much was I willing to invest in my wedding flowers and shell see what she could do. I gave her a humble quote of $250 and with the wedding inflated prices Ive been quoted I expect just a bouquet for me and my MOH, but Kara surprised me. She said I can help you.  We can make this work. And I received more than I expected. She got me my 2 bouquets, 3 boutonnieres for my tiny wedding party, cake flowers, and free rose petals which we used to decorate our tables. I was NOT expecting all of that and Im so grateful I reached out to her that day because she indeed made it work. AND she got me a vase to put my bouquet in as a center piece on our sweetheart table. ❤ We were able to obtained the most beautiful pictures supported by these well thought out flower distributions.I love VGF. Updated...I wanted to come back on here to let EVERYONE know that I was able to speak to the people at Village Green Flowers & Gifts about my dissatisfaction with their flowers, and they MORE THAN made up for it by replacing my flowers with THE MOST GORGEOUS FLOWER arrangement that I have ever received!!! They were delivered to me JUST in time to welcome my new baby girl at the hospital and I couldnt have been MORE PLEASED. All the nurses were in a tizzy when they came to my room, and we received lots of compliments on them. OUTSTANDING customer service, communication, and delivery. Thank you Village Green & Gifts for the flowers and for great service!******************************************Initial Review (ISSUE has been RESOLVED)In the past I have received lovely flowers from this establishment. But I have to say that the arrangement I received this past Mothers Day from my husband was DISAPPOINTING. He ordered a white hydrangeas and peonies arrangement, which would have been GORGEOUS if the peonies were not BROWN. They were not even in bloom and they were already brown on arrival, and the next day (even though they were opening they were STILL brown). Very unacceptable for the price that was paid in my opinion. I have never had this happen before, whether they came from a high end florist, or even from Publix or Trader Joes. The picture attached is of course a few days later. But I can assure you that they were delivered to me BROWN.

Village Green went above and beyond to help my boyfriend surprise me. He put in an order at 5:15pm, and I received the flowers by 6pm that day. Phil created the arrangement himself and delivered it, in person, at my apartment door. The bouquet was gorgeous, the biggest roses Ive ever seen!

This is the 2nd time Ive received 5* service from this awesome flower shop that is not the robotic un-human take a chance florist that so many shops have sold out to become one with some conglomeration. Our family purchased twin sprays for my fathers funeral service to go on each side of the altar. The flowers used were fresh, beautifully arranged with unique filler pieces. I asked for something masculine and they used white lilies, red roses, with purplish blue accents. They were perfect! And even though closed on Sundays, they still delivered them for a Sunday service. Thank you Village Green!

All of the pictures online and from other reviews are beautiful, so I was so excited to see what was going to be sent to my mom. I paid $50 not including delivery, so maybe the price point was too low, but the bouquet my mother received today did not look nice at all, and was very lackluster. Super disappointed, but happy she received the flowers on time! Everyone was very polite as well.

For the past three years I have purchased anniversary flowers for my wife from Village Green. The first two years they did a wonderful job with the bouquet (~$60). The store employees and owner were always very nice and accommodating, and we made sure to document in their system what went into the bouquet.This year, I ordered the bouquet on a Thursday and prepaid for Saturday pickup. The general theme is soft and pillowy, with white roses and grays. As usual, we spent time on the phone where I explained the same to make sure their notes still reflected the appropriate design. When I arrived on Saturday to pickup, the bouquet was peach roses. I laughed and told him he grabbed the wrong bouquet. He checked and confirmed that was what they had made.... I explained it looked nothing like the prior 2 years or what I had ordered, he scrambled and found 4 white roses to at least bring some white to the arrangement, but it still remained primarily peach.I left with the bouquet, knowing very well I couldnt not give my wife flowers. Plus, maybe they had a better sense of what my wife may like. I drove straight home and put them in water. When my wife got home, the look on her face was that confused and disappointed look. The next day we walked downstairs and the flowers were wilting (picture attached), and by the 2nd day my wife had thrown them out.....Listen, mistakes happen and nobody is perfect, but nobody ever made the issue right! Customer service is one of the most important things, and Village Green simply does not have anything more than courteousness. I called the day after and told the same guy how the bouquet did not meet our needs as already expressed. I later called the shop and made sure I left a pleasant VM for the answering machine so I could leave a message for the owner, in case the employee did not disclose to the owner.In the end, I never received a call, message, note or gesture from Village Green. You have lost a loyal customer due to poor customer service and follow-up.

Ive used Village Green a few times now, and I am really impressed. They have uncommon and exceptionally beautiful roses. What I like best is that they actually make artistic and beautiful arrangements beyond the typical ferns-and-heather-and-flowers-bunched-in-a-vase. They add interesting and unique stuff that make the arrangements one of a kind.Shockingly, they are fairly affordable as luxury flowers go. I highly recommend.

I never wanted my kids to send me flowers for Mothers Day. The arrangements are bland as are the flowers. They are always disappointing. Well, I have to rethink this thanks to the outstanding arrangement from Village Green Flowers. The arrangement was beautiful and the lasted for quite a while. Delivery guy was sweet as well. I went in to pick up an arrangement for my mother, who had to put down her 14 year old little dog that day. I arrived at about 5:25, expecting to choose from what was left of pre-made arrangements. Instead, the designer was very helpful in putting together a custom arrangement from the fresh product they had in their cooler. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a custom made flower arrangement.Mom loved the flowers and I liked the quick service and custom selection.

I ordered the southern elegance arrangement and the recipient said it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever seen. You brought joy to a newly grieving widow. Thank you for an amazing job!
