Always pleased with service; however things are getting a bit expensive...My 2020 pilot awd informed me that it needed an oil change, upon arriving at 7:30 am today at the service dept I was asked what I came in for (oil change) and would I also like the tires rotates and of course I answered yes, after 2 hrs the service rep comes to the waiting area to discuss my vehicles work up sheet. First of all on a 2020 pilot and oil change and tire rotation was $$$$369, I was informed that my passenger side front tire had a nail in it of course I wasnt going to tell them to leave it there so by the time I left at 12:00 my closing bill was$ 440...I also own and drive a 2015 civic si coupe and a 2015 accord exl; both of which have maintained by honda...I have never been out of this kind of money for maintenance void of repairs .Just didnt feel right folks...

Literally the worst!! If I could leave negative stars, I would! People are rude and cannot explain anything! Tell you one price and then the ask for more. Cannot get in touch with anyone until you show up there. So not only do I have to pay for service that they cannot explain to me but also for Uber to get there multiple times to get answers. I’ve been overcharged multiple times with no explanation. Everyone I spoke to while waiting for my car said the same thing.

Excellent sales! Very disappointed with my first service for an oil change and tire rotation. When scheduled they told me it would take about an hour and half. Appt at 1pm. I was on time. At 4:10 pm, I spoke with a cashier and she helped get my paperwork. There was a charge of $71 and I had to tell her I had a service contract. She was quick to call whoever did the paperwork and was helpful in getting me in my car and out by 4:20pm. I reviewed my paperwork and noticed there was an item that was marked requires immediate attention. Noone was there to explain and now I will follow up with a call to find out what that means. Not angry, just very disappointed.

I dropped my car off for a routine oil change and ended up with a scratched hood. If you use this dealership DO NOT let them wash your car. I had dried soap all over my vehicle which was hard to see initially when they pulled it up in the service bay because of the shade and low lighting. Once I got home I realized not only did my car look terrible I also had scratches from the machine they run it through. Immediately I returned to the dealership demanding that my car be taken care of. The immediate staff was extremely unhelpful. Most of them were just standing around not trying to assist anyone. The manager seemed to be on a personal call as I stood by waiting for his attention. I was given the excuse of all black cars have scratches when I pointed out the damage to my vehicle. I have already contacted Honda Corporate about my experience in hopes it will help this dealership improve their processes. I will say that the service manager did re-wash and wax my car, however it should never have been given to me in that shape to begin with.

Very upset about my service here. Lost about 290 dollars as they wrongfully diagnosed my issue. So when they repaired my car it had the same issues with their modifications. After returning they said its going to cost much more to fix. They just wanted to dump some new parts on me. Very annoyed and lot of time wasted.
