Got an oil change, I was there for only 20 minutes because I had to wait for another car to finish before me. They were straight forward with the pricing and only asked once if I wanted to hear about other services, once I denied they didn’t push me on it at all which I appreciate.Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. Will go back for my next oil change.

Not enough stars to give to the repair shop!!… light engine came on in the middle of a road trip, stopped at this Express Oil close to the end of the day, the staff understood our situation and quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue. I was given a clear explanation of it and the different options available. Long story short, parts were immediately ordered and started working on the car 1st in the am when pats were delivered. We got back on the road and saved the road trip!.The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. Highly recommend the repair shop!!

I have been coming here regularly for my oil changes and have always had great service, but Tom really came through for me this week! My car suddenly lost brake fluid and I was pressing my pedal to the floor just to make it home from work. I called the shop and Tom could tell I was nervous and even though they were very busy he told me to come by and he would take a look at it himself. He found a fluid leak and told me it could be two days before they could have it repaired, which was totally fine with me. After I got home that afternoon he called and told me they luckily already had the part in the shop that I needed and he had it fixed within an hour!! So glad to know this location has great employees that care and go out of their way to provide great service to their customers. Ill be bringing my vehicle here for all future maintenance work!

These gentleman were phenomenal. They helped me deal with a tricky hood that was stuck in a locked position due to front end damage and even recommended a body shop for my needed repairs. Kind and profession they went above and beyond and I will definitely be back! Thanks guys

Excellent and courteous service.Came for an oil change, manager came out to me prepared everything. Then August checked my car everything free of charge 🤠 and Naim his supervisor knowledgeably answered my questions about the oils. All in all a good experience. Highly recommend.

I got my oil changed at S Cobb Express just yesterday and it was a great experience. I didn’t feel pressured to do more but felt they were being helpful and letting me make the decisions. Great experience with Tom taking care of my car and helping to train someone along the way. I will now make this my family’s oil change shop

Frustrating experience! Went for an oil change and an employee told me to follow a specific car. I did but cars behind me were allowed to go into the other lane for some reason. 2 cars that arrived after me were serviced first! The whole process took almost an hour. I heard nothing but good things about this place so I’m very disappointed.

Quick in and out.. The person in the pit drains and the person up top fills.. They dip the oil to show you it’s full.. Checked other fluids and filters..

My technician August was extremely professional and fast! When they say 10 minute oil change, they really mean it. Pricing is extremely fair and reasonable and they have quality oil products. I will be returning for future services for all my vehicles.

Good and fast oil change service. They provided me with most of the information as they were doing oil change simultaneously. The prices are little bit high though. There are some of the stuff in my bill which I dont what its for and they never explained it to me so that was kind of disappointing and also I think they missed some of the inspection checks points. Other than that its good and fast.

This place was very professional and caring they took care of my oil change and mad sure all of my fluids had proper levels and made sure the lights and signals were working, I now trust them to take care of all my car maintenance. 💯

A deal was made for The price and coverage of tires purchased to be matched from discount tire. The price was. The warranty coverage was not.

I have been taking my vehicles for their regular oil changes an emissions for years. Unlike many other places I used before the employees here have been here as long if not longer than Ive been a customer and that speaks volumes in my opinion. They are thorough and quick and the prices are either comparable withing a few dollars or lower than the surrounding competition. I regularly drive past dozens of other options to this location for all my oil changes and emissions, I would absolutely suggest you do too.

I have been using this location for oil changes for several years. It is very close to my house but also a great place! The service men are always very polite and helpful. They are FAST which is great. And you stay in your car for the entire process (even before the pandemic) which I love and feel like it helps speed along the process. I like these guys a lot and will continue to use them as long as I live here. The prices are also affordable - you get the quality you pay for. It might be a little more expensive than the Precision Tune down the street, but at least you wont leave with more problems than you came with!

These guys are always on point. You can stop in a get a quick and efficient oil change, tire rotation, etc. The guys here are friendly and wont try to push you into any unneeded repairs. They may offer a suggestion, but arent pushy. You can take your own oil/filter too and save a few bucks which is always nice these days.

They have shady practices. When I pulled up they asked which oil change do I want the $58 or the $26. I said the cheapest one. After they completed my oil change and it was time for me to pay they told me it was $58. Make sure you reiterate which oil change that you want because they will do the old bait and switch.

Turn off up for an oil change for the first time. Super easy super personable pretty good price and best of all fast! I will absolutely be back when I need tires or a Oil change.

Express Oil Change was a great place for me to do my emissions test; great fast and friendly service. I was greeted right away and great communication with the staff. Even in the COVID pandemic, the staff had on masks and there are a few seats distanced outside and inside. But again, I wasnt there long as they were quick to service your car. Highly recommend this place!

My air was working fine until they chance air filter. Now they want over $1000 to fix it. The next shop even said thats robbery

Kept in touch with me over repairs I needed,done on time and at what seemed to be a reasonable price.

Usually they are pretty good. This time, I went in and asked for an oil change, the guy told me my oil looked good and could use some time until I needed to change it... really nice guy. The other mechanic told him not to say that- that I do need an oil change. After the honesty of the mechanic originally working with me, I asked for tire quotes. Once the manager came out and discussed with me I asked about bundling with a battery and a potential discount. (They originally told me the tires were $125/tire but closer to $160/tire with everything they tack on.) When I left and said I’ll need to compare to somewhere I’ve heard for less, the ‘manager’ said “thanks for wasting my time.” Couldn’t believe he could be that rude after I just still bought a new cabin air filter and have been there multiple times. Will not return. Just after money and I don’t want to waste their time with my business any longer!!!

Service is fast however customer service isnt what it used to be. They seem a little impatient lately.

Went to get an oil change and an emissions inspection. All in all it only took about 10 minutes. Definitely coming back for future oil changes.

Been going for oil changes and minor maintenance to the shop for more than a year now. Never once have I taken more than 15 minutes; even on a visit where they included emissions as well. They also give discounts in line with how many runs the braves score which is kind of fun. (one visit the braves had scored 12 which made my day all over again) Ive never known them to try and up sell me either. Worth your time and money.

I had ac diagnostic and paid for it. I have no leaks or hose busted: as of today my ac is not cooling: To say some cars gets colder than others I feel there should been would like your anti freeze change or Freon: I feel if a customers you should at least see if the antifreeze has been change/ I have been to the place for oil change numerous times but I am disappointed in the service I got this Tuesday 9/8

Ive been to their Howell Mill and Smyrna locations multiple times. Both are great! Very professional and informative staff. Everything runs quickly and smoothly. They dont waste your time or money. The fastest record was when I came in to change a light bulb. Took only 5 minutes between me driving up to them and leaving after the service.I highly recommend them over Firestone, Pepboys and Midas Touch. I used to go to these three but they either wasted my time or didnt entirely fix my issue.

I have sent my teenager there with the car and they have come back with what I usually suspected. The fact that they dont tack on extra things because my teen isnt knowledgeable about cars makes me trust them more than they can understand.As a woman, going to a repair shop can be trying because mechanics can talk down to you, not listen, act like you dont understand, and add things that dont need to be done. They have never done any of these to me.Ive recommended them to most of my friends.Thank you for being honest and trustworthy!

I was happy with the speed. They got me right in and out.Unhappy that when I got home my hands were filthy from someone at the repair center with very dirty hands having operated the vehicle. I should have taken a picture of the paper towel after I wiped down the steering wheel.

I always use the location in Chamblee and occasionally this one as I’ve recently moved. I got to the location at 5 pm to request and oil change and breaksThe last time visits they mentioned I needed breaks the next visit along with the fact I work for a fleet company so I am well aware of the cycles your vehicle needs for maintenance as I make people aware of these things for a living.The man first stated it was late in day for breaks, then asked why I thought I needed them. Then stated if I paid19.99 for a break test they could see about doing it. Why would I pay this when I know I in-fact need breaks per my visits, car manual and common sense . I told him I knew I needed them and why and he said he would see what could happen :After the oil change was complete they legit not only didn’t do the breaks but basically disregarded that convo and sent me on my way highly disappointed

Best oil change place Ive ever been to. Im a woman, so finding a place thats not going to take advantage of that is difficult. I was previously told by Valvoline that my 04 Impala, just under 100k miles, NEEDED either high mileage, synthetic blend, or full synthetic oil, and if I didnt use the same oil that was currently in the car, I would need to flush the engine. Coming to Express Lube, I learned that conventional oil was completely fine for the car. I have since moved to another city, but would make the drive to this location for their stellar service. Thanks guys!

Neighborhood oil change, how convenient - right? Not when they try to overcharge like mad for synthetic oil, offer repairs that are unnecessary then perform them poorly leading to follow-up repair at another shop.Every positive review has the same thing to say - you are fast. Almost all of these positive reviews are from people that are completely ignorant about the inner workings of their vehicle; it is even says so in the review.So, if you have a clue about your car, avoid this place like the plague. If you have more dollars than sense and your time is the only thing that matters, go nuts cowboy this is your spot.

I’m not super car savvy, but they had me in and out for an oil change faster than anywhere I’d ever been. I like that you can stay in your car while they complete the service because they are able to answer questions in the moment. Also, they do ladies day Tuesdays which I was completely unaware of being a first time guest but the gentleman made sure I knew and gave me the discount. Definitely will return.

I desperately needed an oil change in my car and called three places today that gave really high quotes. I ended up at Express Oil Change since it’s right by my house and I don’t have to leave my car - which is great when you have a baby! Jose took such great care of my car and we were out of there so quickly and for such a great price. I am lucky to have found my oil change place right by my house. I won’t be going anywhere else. Im a disabled veteran and I will not support this location! I called this location yesterday to get an estimate on some work to be done as I had been to the dealership and they already diagnosed the issue and wanted to see if they could beat the dealership price ($500). I was told it would be around $350-$400 parts and labor and to drop it off in the morning so they could get some numbers off my car and get me an exact price. I dropped my car off this morning and when they called me I was told it would be around $700. I said I was told $350-400, and I cannot afford that. So they told me I had to pay a $105 diagnosis fee and I could pick up my car. I said, I didnt need a diagnosis, I already had the issue diagnosed as I had explained the on the phone yesterday. I was told I would need to talk to the manager. Luckily on my phone I have a call recording app for situations such as this where there is a miscommunication.When I went in to explain to the manager this miscommunication and play the recorded call, he asked if I asked for consent to record that call, I said no. He then said that anything said in that call does not matter and it is illegal for me to have that recording, then threatened me and demanded that I delete the recording or else. However in the state of Georgia, if you are a party involved in the call you do not need consent to record. After letting him vent for a bit he gave me my keys. Once I got in my car I could smell a strong scent of oil and both my seats had been adjusted in odd positions. Also I didnt notice it until I started to backup, but they purposely parked my car in the corner of their lot within inches of the curb from the right side of my car. When I turned the wheel I could feel my rims scrap the curb. I looked back towards the shop and 2 of the workers were standing there watching me try to back out of the tight spot literally laughing. They clearly knew what they had done. I completely understand the frustration of their situation and was polite as I could be in explaining my side, but this is completely unacceptable for a place of business to treat someone like this... If you have respect for yourself and your time and money, please go to any other location.

I came in today very stressed because I had a bad experience at a previous tire repair shop. As soon as I arrive at Express and got out of my car someone was there to greet me, listened to my issue, calmed me down and than repaired my tire. I will recommend this auto shop because they are honest and they care about their customers.
