We went in to inquire about pricing for an ATV for our son. The lady was very nice and informative. We will be back to purchase the ATV!! Once I buy I update with my buying experience. But so far it was a great experience. Im sure it will be a a great experience!****Update*****I came back to purchase today and it was a great buying experience. I had questions and Mooney answered. They accomated my purchase as I wasnt prepared to take my ATV so they are storing it for me until Im ready to pickup. They have a good selection of ATVs for younger kids. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for an ATV.**Update Again**So after riding the ATV we bought our soon we wanted an adult one for ourselves. So we went back and bought one. The service is great! From the communication to the actual purchase. It is a smooth transaction! Some of my other family also want ATVs and Ill be bringing them all here to purchase. Best place to buy in the city if you ask me!!

Blaine is the best. Weve bought a 50CC. Then 2 years later we got two more 50CCs from Mooney, which we had upgraded for speed. Then 4 years later we bought a 150CC. THE 150CCs are $1650 out the door. Great service, got a flat and they recommended a tow company that was only $115.00 to get the bike towed back to them so that it could have its 500 Mile check-up and a tire replacement and it only cost $185, $300 if you count the tow. That bike has put up with two adults riding it at the same time for over a thousand miles, a sixteen-year-old riding it hard for a Thousand Miles, and my other kid riding it for another thousand miles. To me; I think it has a lot more to go. I think that Chinese scooters are really coming up in the world. Weve even been on the expressway with it.

Very helpful and more reasonable than nearby Chicken little (who didnt have any mopeds anyway) but we got a very nice moped for my daughter and just took it back to get it serviced... wonderful place, great selection and excellent customer service 🙂

Very horrible customer service. Rude and very argumentative over the phone while trying to order parts. Wouldnt even take the serial number off of my go kart to look up parts. Complete waste of time trying to co tact them about parts because they will say your wrong even if you have part numbers.

We drove to Mooney motor sports from Knoxville TN. The owner was very informative about every time and the staff where very professional. We bought a 110cc four wheeler for our son and it was assembled perfectly and has run perfectly. We have recommended them to several people and will go back for future purchases! Online prices are accurate and they are completely upfront about everything!

Very friendly and the customer service was home felt but after I had the bike for almost 2mos it stopped running as if it wasnt getting gas then I was told it was bad gas then I had to wait till Oct 1st b4 they would correct the problem an the thing is I live in Douglasville and that scooter is my only transportation to work,I spent over 1100 dollars and there wasnt any urgency,Im so disappointed & discussed...wont return phone calls bc me an my wife was calling.

I came all the way from Fayetteville to buy a 110cc ATV for my sons 7th birthday. When I got there I was AMAZED! I was ready for a purchase right away. So ready, I was to going to attempt to try putting a ATV in my dodge challenger lol. That would have never happened. So I came back with a bigger vehicle for the purchase. The 110cc ATV is a RUNNER!! Some serious power behind it and you can idle it down as well. My son loves it! Its so exiting to watch him and teach him how to ride it. Makes me want one, which is why I will be going back to purchase my own very soon. They are very nice, honest people. I felt right at home. All bikes and go karts are brand new with a the brand new fresh smell! They have the best prices on everything compared to anyone else. I strongly recommend them, especially if you live in the state of Georgia. If youre out of state, the drive would be worth it, just dont come with a dodge challenger 😂 Their technicians are very professional, as well. He did a double check on everything to make sure it would be safe before purchase. The wiring, bolts, oil, carburetor, etc. He explained the maintenance I need to do, as time goes by, to keep the new ride rolling healthy. I love this place. They are very friendly. I came here 3years ago to buy a 250cc bike and they gave me great service. I dropped off my 150cc so they could put it together and I know the job will be done right.

Good place to buy ATVs ECT. But the service department is not good. I received a oil change service on top of what I asked to be done. When I disagreed with the owner about paying for a service I didnt receive he got aggressive on the phone and told me he would take the oil change off but to come pick up my four-wheeler and never come back. After I have bought three four wheelers from this place and even tried my best to give them a lead on a possible major project for there home. I wouldnt recommend the service department just my opinion.

Terrible service and do not on up to their own crummy motor vehicles or ATVs. Got three from these people, and wound up with one of three about build leaking oil from the beginning. The owner kick my a blank blank simply because my ATV was leaking oil and stalling and fouling spark plugs from day one. Would not out an Exchange or return

Excellent customer service!! They have always tried any way possible to answer any questions I might have. I’ve had absolutely no problems with my go-kart and 4-wheeler. I’ve tried my best to follow their instructions on how to maintain them both and that has helped me out tremendously. What’s best of all is seeing my kids have so much fun with these! Awesome customer service... especially their son lol he had me cracking up and if I was a millionaire I would have bought one of everything in the store :) I got a 4 wheeler for my brother and so far so good! They explained everything, helped us load it.. and it’s running great! I would certainly purchase here again and the pricing seems fair. But mostly, you can’t beat nice and honest customer service!

Great service and a great deal on a 50 cc moped... Very friendly people and they give a military discount too! One of the owners is also a veteran, so it was a no brainer for me. The service department is quick and informative just like the front desk... Im very happy I chose Mooneys... Cant wait to upgrade to a 150 cc moped or a motorcycle!

I would give these guys (& gals because spoke to the owners wife) 10 stars if I could. I dont live in GA and have never stepped foot in the door but because of that I give them a higher rating!! I bought a scooter ( Gator 150- E-2 ) from a local dealer (claims to be) here in Wilmington, NC and have had unanswered questions and issues from day one. I basically bought a new bike with no warranty. I found Mooney MS on line and have called several times and spoken with the owner and wife and received top notch customer service from both every time I have called!!! Both have given me suggestions on solutions to problems that I have been having with my bike. If I had 12 dealers to choose from in town, I would by from these guys because of their willingness to help me and I havent spent one penny in their store. I would order a t-shirt just to support the company if I could. If you need a scooter or one worked on, I would suggest this company due to the fact of customer service before, during and after the sale. I am a knucklehead when it comes to anything mechanical, so its nice to know these guys are a call away. Thanks to the owner, his wife and whomever I get on the phones when I call!!!

Last week, I have received informative and patient customer service over the phone and in person at their store. That kind of consistency brings comfort and confidence in my purchase of my moped. I asked multiple questions to the young man and lady at the store, who both were very friendly, received enough information before I left the store.I never felt hurried or pushed to make any decision. The young man even checked on me whilst I tested my new moped after I purchased it.Sadly I need to bring it in for repair but I trust only Mooney Motorsports to take care of me..

I recently bought a go kart. The very nex day I went back to ask about the return policy. THE KART WAS ASSEMBLEDWRONG!!!. the 👩 front desk turned rude and called the owner. He was so aggressive sword he was a professional and told me to leave THE PROPERTY AND NEVER CAME BACK..........

Claims vent lines dont need be ran for snorkelon atv and it still be fully functional which isnt when the differentials will be flooded and was rude the whole time. Wouldnt buy here and also looking at reviews they bash people too that give low ratings. Dont see why they say im wrong, they say there correctly ran but couldnt even name where there are ran too.

I just wanted to thank Blane and his wife. We spent Saturday shopping for a scooter for basic local transportation for my son, and we thought we might want to get a couple more for myself and my GF to play with around town and to ride around FL when we go there. After stopping at some of the other larger dealers from Commerce to Marietta, Blane and his wife were the most personable, CUSTOMER oriented, none BS spewing people we met that entire day. Worst customer service ever. I took the scooter for the first big maintenance and it was running perfectly but when I picked up afterwards it was running very low in power and I could not even go on uphills. I literally had to walk the scooter on an uphill. I complained about this with the shop and they could not find what was wrong with it, they tried to blame it on me and did not take responsibility for it. They were very rude and offensive and even threaded with liquidate the scooter. Very very bad customer service.

After allowing some time to pass after my initial poor customer service review, (I went in to the store to ask someone if the gear shifter can be adjusted on the Viper 150cc dirt bike because I have to completely shut off the bike to put it in neutral [which it can be adjusted, found the answer in owner/operators manual], his response to me was that its rider error and that it was my fault.) I tried to have the dirt bike which I purchased from this business serviced by their mechanic. However the owner blaine was very upset, rude & has threatened to sue me for slandering after my one star review. I refuse to ever return to this business ever again after this ordeal. I am a USMC vet who served honorably and I have never had such a disgraceful experience with a local business owner. I apologize for anything that I may have done wrong but BLAINE (owner) I truly hope that you find the help you need to be a much better business man.To all consumers reading this I hope that you heed this warning and stay away. P.S. Look at his reply in regards to my review. Hes very immature and spiteful.
