Pricing can’t be beat! Always friendly and helpful to me. May have to wait because they are so busy, but compared to Walgreens and CVS they are equal in wait time.

Do not understand why insulin is not in stock. Being a diabetic on social security I get my meds on the 3rd of the month. Two months ago my N and R was out of stock and needed to try in 2 days. Last month had R but no N. Needed second trip to get my meds. This month, Feb, took 2 trips and was advised to call and reserve to make sure I get it.

If i could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy was very rude to us when we called the number for curbside pickup. Then the pharmacist as well as the staff puts my wife into tears and demands her to come inside and pay when she already has paid for. When they came out, they demanded her to pay again when she already paid on the app. Person gave my wife an attitude, and I had to step in and say something. I should have never had to do this.

Never seems to be able to answer the phone. And on more than one occasion, one or more of my medications have been out of stock. Being a long-haul truck driver, Im only in town for 3 days per month. So I kind of rely on getting my medication on time. I think its time to move my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Absolutely horrible!!!!! Spoke with the pharmacist 2.5 hours ago about a prescription... said he was doing it now. Get to the pharmacy 3 hours later & its still not done.UPDATE: Will be moving my prescription elsewhere even if I have to pay more for it. Prescription that was only 1 pill that was prepackaged took 4.50 hours to fill.

I do not like the pharmacy set up. I have been taking the same medicine for 3 years and now I have to have a consult everytime I get a refill. If my understanding is correct it is an insurance issue. I waited last mth for 20 mins. I do not have the time to wait. Can someone please explain this to me?

Customer service is horrible. My doctor called in a prescription it wasnt ready 3 hours after the dr. called it in and they told me when I got there it would be ready in 10 minutes so I went and got a sub and came back then they said it wouldnt be ready until 30 minutes, I told them I would come back in the evening to get it. Then later in the day I called to check on it and no one would answer the phone, then after about 20 minutes I tried again and someone answered, but after I explained to her about transferring my order to wilson she hung up on me. I called again and after 5 or 6 attempts someone finally answered the phone and she had a bad attitude as well and didnt even apologize to me after I told her the other woman at the pharmacy hung up on me. This pharmacy is horrible.

Constantly not able to fill the medicine even after they text you and say it will be ready the following day. It is usually 3 or 4 days after that. Which in our case, my son needs his medicine daily and some can not be filled early so if you wait until then to fill and 5hen they can not fill it....he has to go without medication which is not well for one who requires his medicine every day.

After speaking with the person at the counter, I was told it would be 15 minutes. So after 15 minutes I go back and am told it will be at least 15-20 minutes. I told her I was told that 15 minutes ago. She said that the other person had not made a note that I was waiting, so they didnt know I was there. So, after 20 more minutes I approach the counter and am told there is a problem with my prescription. After about 5 minutes she tells me it is ready. So I pay for it and leave, only to get home and discover that I only have 1 of the 2 prescriptions. I called back to see why I didnt have the other, and was told that they were waiting for the doctor to call them to let them know if I needed to take it with food or in the morning or at night. ITS A CREAM!!!! Food does not matter since I am not ingesting it!! I was never told that I did not have both prescriptions. Terrible customer service. Will not return.
