Eric and his crew were hired to fix the flooding issues we were experiencing in the house and enclosed back porch. The home sits lower than adjacent properties, the backyard slopes downhill toward the house, and the patio floor is lower than ground level. Eric and his crew removed a retaining wall and plants, did extensive dirt to redirect water flow in the backyard and installed sub-surface drainage. Once the work was completed and we experienced the first heavy downpour, we could immediately see that our problem was solved. Not one drop of water came into the house. After one year and many downpours - including Hurricane Ida, the yard still drains perfectly and the house remains dry. I highly recommend Eric.

Would not recommend this company. So far its been difficult to get a response from Eric regarding a pergola installation. I shouldve known when I had to call a second time just to get a quote. He spoke to my fiancé to get the particulars of the pergola that we want, says he was going to contact New Orleans permit department to determine if we need one, and get back to us. That was two weeks ago!! We were going to give him more work in addition to the pergola, but Im guessing he doesnt need the money or the work.

Mr Eric, does well at first then slacks on the maintenance. Cornerstone will send notifications of your maintenance date and not perform. If you contact Conerstone about a lapsed appointment they simply make excuses such as equipment failures or personell walking off of the job. Ive had to call them back for a lack of yard clean up, such as edging and leaf blowing. Dont be surprised if you hire this contractor and have a complaint and the response is, Im having dinner.

Crew just rushed through the yard didn’t edge, when they trimmed the bushes the second visit that was the straw that broke the camels back. Terrible cleanup, cigarette butts in my yard, trash from crew left by street, just poor poor quality. Do NOT RECOMMEND
