I would have definitely given five stars but I just cant bring myself to do that. My only complaint (something I was well aware of, before I got the place but didnt think it would ever be an issue for me) is that its closed to everyone between the hours of 10 pm. and 6 am. I never thought Id want or need to get to my stuff in storage, between these hours but I have been wrong before. I keep needing to get in there but usually late at night, after its already locked up (even to goodstanding customers) after 10 pm. Aside from that one small issue, this place is great! The staff is helpful and friendly. No problems with anything. Thanks for doing a great job. 👍🏻

Pikkie was great. I thought we needed a smaller sized unit but after describing what was going in it to him he suggested we go up a size. He’s very knowledgeable because we definitely needed a bigger size. He was also super sweet, played with my toddler son, and is very funny. This storage facility is very clean. The staff are always on the property monitoring so I feel like my belongings are safe! There’s also security cameras as well. Plus, it’s climate controlled!!!! Love this place, very inexpensive, staff is awesome!

This facility is top notch. The upstairs climate controlled units are clean and easily accessible via large freight elevators. Carts are available to make moving of furniture or large numbers of boxes easy. It is a well laid out, modern storage warehouse.

My experience today was extraordinary!!!The attendance was very informative, professional and pleasant!!! I would definitely recommend this storage facility to all my friends!!!

First off, I rented my unit through the online service and got it for FREE for the first month! So that was amazing to begin with. A few hours after I made my purchase, the store associate CALLED ME! Dee was her name, she called ME to ask if I needed anything and so on, also! I reserved a unit that was way too small for my belongings, but that was not an issue. Dee was able to switch me right over to a bigger one! To top off the amazing customer service, the building is very clean and organized, getting to my unit (which is located on the 2nd floor) was a breeze! There were carts available, the parking was fantastic, and the security is also A-1! So I can rest assure that my property will be safe there. It was all around a great experience, with this being my first time using a storage, Dee made sure to make it an awesome time.Side note: when I first arrived Dee was out on the grounds showing someone a unit, but there was another associate that was visiting on her off day, she too was loading things into her own unit, but she was more than happy to show me to my unit! I didn’t get her name but she was great as well. I definitely recommend life storage!!

We rented a unit at Life Storage in Slidell just a few months ago. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is new. Everything is very clean. I like that they provide carts for moving heavy items, so they dont have to be carried. It makes it easy for me to move things on my own. The carts have always been there at the entrance and available. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Crystal Vicknair is by far one of the most friendly of people Ive worked with. Luckily we didnt need their services, but I would have felt totally comfortable if I did knowing Crystal was in charge. She was great, friendly, and honest with charges. 5 stars.

Ive not had much experience with renting storage before, and was rather apprehensive about it. But after my experience with Dee at the Slidell location, I am a believer. She was patient with us, explained everything very thoroughly so there would be NO surprises. Great experience. The site itself is bright, clean, and accommodating. No issues getting your precious possessions into a secure, climate controlled temporary home! Dee is very friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. She was also very supportive and comforting as our move was due to downsizing because of Covid and she saw how upset I was.
