One of the best moving experience I ever had. Wallace and his partner was one time, very professional and all around top quality. I cant say enough about the care they took for my furniture and house. If you need a mover they are the team that you want.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! NOT DEPENDABLE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIARS…Booked movers, 2 weeks, in advance. Mary professional and helpful. Time slot 9am-10am. Confirmed yesterday. This AM, 9:50, no truck so called. Tom starts by saying “just found out man went to hospital and 2drivers overslept “. He asked for an hour to get things together and he’d call back. At 11:15, no call, I called back. Tom said needed more time, don’t worry I’ll get moved today, be patient. He’ll call in an hour. At 12:30, no call. I called back. Now Tom says, there’s a truck in Metairie (about an hour from me), they’re just running customer card, then on way to me. 1:30pm comes.. NO TRUCK/NO CALL! I call and speak with Woody. He starts by saying, “I just talked with Mike (driver), he’s had a heat stroke! When I tried to find out EXACTLY when anyone would be here and ran down the POOR customer service and told him now, at this time of day his drivers are going to run into New Orleans traffic.. he verbally begins berating me! Saying so much garbage and finished by saying, “ I’m going to get you guys today. You’re going to pay upfront, cash, or we’re not doing it”! To which I promptly told him to “screw off”!NEVER in my life, have I ever been treated/spoken to by a company. Customer service horrendous!Their rates are reasonable, no deposit up front, but NOT worth it. PLEASE! Save yourself! Book with another company, pay a bit more! DO NOT USE THIS “COMPANY “!!

Brandon and his team were great and helped me out when my other movers didn’t show. So nice and polite, too. I wish I would have found and used them from the start. Thanks to Tom for getting this crew!!

I can’t believe these people are still in business. They severely overcharged me, damaged several pieces of furniture and never responded to the claim form I submitted. Their “employees” (who are not college students, called me to see if I could help to get the owner to pay them. What a mess. Be warned, they are absolutely horrible and the worse experience I’ve ever had with a company. I’ve left a review before and see it’s been removed. These people should be investigated for fraud.

All I can say is terrible, unprofessional, one movers was sent with a hurt, swollen arm. They were not college students. They took a long time going to the storage facility. The excuse was that they had a go get a receipt book. The men looked like someone in another program. My furniture was damage, flee from them. Im awaiting a professional receipt via email and a claim form.😂😂

Brandon and Marc were conscientious, thorough, and efficient. They made my move a stress-free process, and I would gladly recommend them in the event of your own relocation.

Hired these guys to move all my furniture into my storage unit. They were on time, very polite and didnt break anything. I would use them again.

We all know moving can be a hassle. Timing around closings or meeting schedules can be a pain. These guys went above and beyond to get the job done. Work until 430 in the morning? Yes. Arrange extra truck(s) late in the evening? Without a problem . Work the very next day until the job is done? Yes agai .I would recommend these guys whole heartedly.

Thieves! Brice McDuffie and Jordan Blanchard moved my apartment and stole items out of my boxes, bags, and backpacks. I spent over a year dealing with a claim with them and I never got even close to full value. Do not use them.

This is my second time leaving a review on this company because I see it was removed. They go by the name of River Ridge movers also and they stole items out of my packages. I came back to look at my review and I noticed that both my reviews were removed.

Great company they had all the packing supplies I needed. Well recommended would recommend them if you are moving your daughter to college.

Way overpriced ($850 to move a 8×10ish storage unit a half mile to my house), some kids were moving my stuff and complaining that they were wanting the day off (July 3rd), they left trash in my storage unit and a couple of my cinder blocks behind and they took ALL DAMN DAY doing it! My wife didnt even want them to set up the furniture because theyd already cost us so much. But they did get the job done (minus furniture assembly) and they didnt break anything.

A topnotch outfit. Very professional. Knocked it out of the park.
