Walked in with my spouse not knowing much about beds or the difference really but we were pleasantly surprised by the level of attention given by the associate Genaye. She helped us identify what we were looking for, the correct pillow for each of us, and really just took the time to find us the ‘right’ one. Probably the least stressful ‘big’ purchase we’ve made in a while so would highly suggest this location.

Not recommend. I was told I was purchasing a mattress that had just a foot print on it. A week later I went to pick up the mattress and it was not up to par. It had stains and just completely dirty. I am not sure why this company would try to sell me a mattress that was $2,000 in this condition.

Have been doing business with these folks for 20 years and never had a problem until we recently had a new and expensive mattress with a “10 year warranty” fail after less than three months. We found out that the warranty is nonexistent! They had us take pictures with a small piece of 2x4 and a string and some round metal washers. That light piece of wood doesn’t show how the mattress sinks when you are lying on it. We were told it was normal wear and that the manufacturer had denied the warranty claim! I asked Mattress Direct if I could bring the mattress in and have them look at it and they said they don’t allow that! I called the manufacturer, Simmons (Beautyrest Silver Hybrid) and they told me I was being lied to and warranty claims are handled by the distributor not the manufacturer! I called Mattress direct and they told me the manufacturer had lied to me and that a representative from the manufacturer denies or approves all claims. Here’s the kicker...even though they had said it was normal wear, as I continued to plead my case they questioned how old my foundation was and then told me it was probably the box springs that had failed and caused the problem with the mattress. I was told to take the cloth off of those and take pictures of the inside of the box springs to prove that the foundation had not failed! I did and they had not! However, they once again denied the warranty claim and said “it’s normal wear.”Just wanted to say, I prayed long and hard about posting this. I’m the guy, when they get my order wrong at a restaurant, I just eat what is brought to me! I’m not a complainer! In this situation I just felt like others needed to know what they will face with this company if they try to make a warranty claim. So sad! I really felt bad for the young lady who was our sales person. She was so nice and tried very hard to help us, but management refused! Still waiting on that call!

I mistakenly left my review on the wrong company’s page but this is the correct location this time. My wife and I shopped in August and the young lady was absolutely fantastic, helped us find the perfect bed and even kept our kids calm during the process. We couldn’t purchase until we closed on our home that week but promised to come back from the fantastic customer service. When I returned the following week a young man was in the store literally urinating WITH THE DOOR OPEN. I was furious, I had two of my kids with me who thankfully didn’t see what I saw like come on dude have some respect anyone could have walked in. Fast forward a few months, I brought my handicapped mother to the spa next door and this same guy is on his phone using profanity like it’s poetry and smoking. Sad to say a bad apple ruined the entire bunch. I would never suggest shopping here if this is who they have representing their company. Needless to say we purchased our mattress else where but I would like Janelle to know she truly helped us, I never knew a split mattress setup was possible and my wife and I love the option to sleep more upright. Hopefully she moves to a better work place so I can suggest people to see her.

The sales representative was very informative, attentive to what we were saying, and made the overall experience enjoyable. I never recommend anything, but if you need a mattress, go here first.

Genaye was incredibly knowledgeable about her products. No high pressure sales; she truly wanted me to be “cradled” to sleep. I had never thought of a mattress achieving that feeling and I learned the firm mattress I thought I needed was way off. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because showroom seemed cluttered and both bathrooms were not operational.

During a Memorial Day sale, web purchased a Tumpur Pedic Pro Adapt Medium mattress with an Ease adjustable frame from our salesman, Rodney Bellflower. Rodney is extremely knowledgeable of his product line, and spent an hour educating us about his products. The Tempur Pedic is beyond a doubt the most comfortable bed we have ever owned, and we recommend it highly. While fairly expensive, you wont regret it. And I also wholeheartedly recommend asking for Rodney.

Amber was very polite but yet very deceiving. Sure I should have read the small print that said all sales were final but as a common courtesy especially spending $1000 it should have been mentioned. Never again will I shop at Mattress Direct.
