Jack and his people really got me out of a jam when another company failed to deliver a piece of equipment. On a Saturday I called them up and they had a machine delivered in under three hours. I was impressed with their customer service and how easy they were to work with. Theyre local and they strive to look out for their customers. They do this by providing quality equipment at great prices.

A-rental depot will definitely exceed your expectations. All of the staff are very friendly and make sure that you have the right equipment for the job. They have the best brands such as Haulotte and Caterpillar! My most recent rental was the brand new Haulotte Star 20 man lift. It is a nimble and versatile lift that can fit into small spaces at roughly 31” wide it can squeeze through most doorways but still gets up to as high as 25’. This was an amazing machine and working with Mr. Jack and the rest of the crew was easy peasy. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I have rented several pieces of equipment from them (escavator, front end loaders, etc.). Everything I rented was is great condition and had no issues whatsoever. Great prices and awesome customer service! They are my go to place if I need equipment.

These guys are the go to guys when we need something quick.Our car club needed to straighten out a flag rope/pulley issue high up on a light pole and they came through with a man-lift for us to borrow. This supported our annual car show which, in turn, supports our chosen charity. I highly recommend these guys.

Top notch equipment rental with great customer service. I had a minor problem with the piece of equipment I had rented. In less than an hour from my calling them they arrived to assist with my problem. They rectified the issue within 2 hours and brought the machine back to me at NO charge. The owner showed up with the repaired machine to apologize for any inconvenience i incurred AND gave me an extra day of rental FREE of charge! I highly recommend A1 Rental Depot to anyone needing to rent special equipment.

BEWARE MISSISSIPPI RESIDENTSWe just walked in to rent a boom lift for a month, Jose the general manger was very nice and helpful, THEN the owner JACK ORR walks out and asked if where we were from and when we said Picayune he said he didnt want Mississippis business, but Jeremiah had a LA Drivers license still so he could rent it but Jeremiah said never mind we would go somewhere else. Jack got irate and began cussing us out saying leave now, get out of here now so we told him we would let everyone know he didnt want their business and hes following us yelling if you tell anyone Ill sue you for slander and cussing at us. He was still yelling something as we got in our car to drive off. He needs to be shut down!

I just walked into A Rental Depot on highway 90 in Slidell, LA. The owner Jack cussed me out and told me to get out of his shop because I was going to tear up his equipment. He accused me of falsifying my intentions just to tear up his expensive equipment. He then suggested I go to someone else and waste their time and money.I was referred in to his business by a personal friend of his and I didnt expect to be treated so poorly. He then told me I was being rude? I guess because I just attempted to give him business?So - One can only guess he is a chauvinist pig who took one look at me and immediately thought this dumb girl is going to tear up his equipment. Had he stopped disrespecting me for 5 seconds he would have discovered that I have a licensed operator moving the machinery...I would beware of A Rental Depot. Customer relations is not his forte.

I am a woman, whos been in the construction business for over 15 years. I have worked on, serviced, ran, and loaded his equipment to customers and the shop. Have known and worked with this cat for years. One of the most fair/honest businesses/man Ive found in my travels and relocation here to Slidell. Jack has worked hard and respected everyone that has walked thru his doors. Soooo happy for his success! One doesnt get there without knowing who to trust that can operate, maintain, and efficiently handle his equipment without damage to the equipment or a person. No one deserves it more!
