Incredibly rude. Seriously one of the worst customer service experiences. They don’t want your business - don’t waste your time.

Their website says Call, Email or Visit Our Showroom. So we visited, and they said we needed an appointment. We left our phone number and was told we would be called to set up a time. A week later we havent heard from them. Hard to buy a window or door if you cant see it or talk to anyone about it.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. Will never call you back. Installed windows in a condo complex and most of the windows lost their seal and will not even take responsibility to service them. Even for more money!! Bad customer service and bad products. So disgusted. Now I have to install entirely new windows. Stay away from this company!

Had almost every window on my Two Story Home in Oak Harbor replaced on 9-19-19The Installer Michael did an Incredible Job! He and his helper treated my home as if it were their Own HomeExtremely Courteous. MIchael KNOWS Windows and is Very Experienced.The Price was Fair and our Low E Replacement Windows look Fantastic. I hear lots of Negative Comments about Window Companies in general but I Was Totally Satisfied with the Products and Quality of work.I wouldnt Hesitate to use Michael and Interstate again in the Future.
