This place is the true definition of wonderful customer service. I called around because the ring my husband and I wanted to purchase was out of stock online. This was the only store that went out of their way to help us with this purchase. Kristina and Angela are the kindest people I have ever talked to while making a purchase. They found the exact ring I wanted and was patient with us during the whole transaction process. I will be visiting this store in person as soon as I can. Thank you all for being great people who love their job!!!!

I am VERY dissatisfied with my experience here I had a ring sent out for resizing a MONTH ago and STILL have not gotten it back l. First I was told it would be ready on the 9th of October (when I called to check on the status the salesperson I spoke to was absolutely useless could not tell me where it was when it would be in or anything related to it only that it was in progress and she would call me back before three end of the day with more information which she never did I had to physically go to the store to get more information) which changed to the 12th which then changed to the 16th. Most recently I was told to just stop calling and just look at my emails for when it comes in (HORRIBLE customer service). I had to go to a different location all together just for somebody to tell me I could expect it on the 22nd. This is RIDICULOUS. At this point I honestly wish I had taken my business to Kay jewelers or Jared’s any where else because this has been the most unprofessional and inconvenient experience ever. The lack of communication, most times I have to call 2 or 3 times before someone answers the phone, and overall lack of willingness to help and satisfy the customer at this one location has really soured my wanting to continue doing business with this company and if I could give zero stars I honestly would.

I went in for the special and ended buy a beautiful ring in addition to that one. It was fun and helpful and they treat you respectfully. I also like that Zales had a charitable cause promotion.
Sooo let me tell you about this amazing store and the ladies there! My husband purchased my wedding ring from there with the insurance almost a year ago and one of my diamonds fell out (probably because of my line of work and me not taking it off) so we went in to have it replaced and I was informed that it would be a few weeks before I got it back. This made me really sad because I didn’t wanna be without my ring for weeks especially with the holidays coming up! Lucky for me they had a ring just like mine in the case so these sweet ladies replaced my whole ring so I wouldn’t be without it! Merry Christmas to me! We will be back for more jewelry and you have life long customers with us!!!
By far the best zales I have ever been to. Leanne is the person to see. The nicest and most helpful person I have ever met. Would recommend anyone who wants to buy a piece of jewelry for their loved one to go here.
I never post reviews even when I have bad experiences however I felt I needed to write one on my experience. Today I brought my fiancé’s ring to get resized. I have to commend Angela Anger for going above and beyond to find everything we needed and addressing things we weren’t even aware of. Extremely knowledgeable and connection with her customers comes so effortlessly made us feel like we were talking to a friend with high experience. Had a great experience she definitely made our night . Hope this is seen and she’s properly praised . Will definitely be returning for further business .

Would have gave a 0... but anyway my husband, son and I went into store, no other customers present... we browsed to see about some earrings, no clerk spoke or even acknowledged us. Side note: we were well dressed even though that shouldnt matter... poor customer service, therefore- we spent our money elsewhere....

I brought my ring in here for resizing and not only did they keep it for three almost four weeks, but they didnt call to tell me they couldnt even resize it. I called to see if my ring was done and the lady I spoke with said it was ready to be picked up, and when i arrived thats when i was told they didnt even do it. I will never again go to this store for any reason.

Way to expensive found our rings online custom made for way cheaper. My friend got his tungsten carbide ring here for $500 and its discolored after a year while a $15 amazon tungsten carbide ring of same design hasnt.
Sent my diamond ring to repair for a prong. The store examined the ring before sending it in for repair. A few days later I received a call that my diamond was chipped. I complained and was told pictures are taken at repair before the item is touched. They wouldget the pictures and show me. Guess What? They could not produces these pictures. Does that tell you something? I am still upset over my diamond. No Zales for me. I am 70 years old and, you parents shopped there since I was a child.
I live in Missouri and called this Zales to order jewelry for my sisters and cousin to pick up. I was told that they are too busy and could take my number and possibly call back when they had time. Very disappointed, terrible customer service!!! Ill be calling Kays
