Someone asked me if Baskin-Robins was still around. I said yes! Very much so! This is my Favorite right now, the Frozen Turtle Cappuccino! So delicious and perfectly made every time. The ladies are very friendly and gives genuine customer service, something that’s truly lacking in these times.

I think this picture says it all! My son got this banana split and was thoroughly satisfied! Love this ice cream shop.

The non dairy flavors were delicious! Definitely the best bang for your buck as far as non dairy ice cream in Slidell. Ill be back for that cookie dough flavor. 😍

This is a long overdue review. I ordered an icecream cake to be delivered on my husband’s birthday as I was out of town. Even though they usually don’t do deliveries, the manager Mr.Coy took it upon himself to personally deliver the cake. The staff were very courteous throughout the process. Excellent customer service!!

Girlfriend loves this place but I am allergic to nuts and can never eat here because they dont wash the scoop on between ice creams. They will say well we will wash the scoop for you but a) you cant wash the ice cream that has already touched others and b) you cant get them to open a new ice cream for you. Wish I could eat ice cream here :/

Very good food and service as usual. I always get the dipped waffle cone with 2 scoops. One very minor issue i always encounter is that there is never any readily available napkins or wet wipes. Its inevitable people will get sticky fingers and need to clean up. A few more napkins and possibly wet wipes given at check out would make the visits enjoyable. Thanks.

Awesome place. Nothing better on a hot summer night than a little cup of ice cream and soda.

Went there on Sunday about 9:15pm and almost all the Ice cream was already put up. We could not get what we wanted and the workers was not friendly they could careless if we got anything or not. If you open to 9:30 then you should have everything out, then close and put it up. Be a little nicer with your customer they paid your salary. I call 2 day in a row and they said that they would have the owner or manager call me but know one called

I am lactose intolerant, and Baskin-Robbins ice cream is the only ice cream that does not destroy my GI system. Each time, I mean I skip the diary pill and everything and no stomach upset. I dont get it, but Im not upset about it. 5-stars for great service and excellent, creamy ice cream.

Best ice cream anywhere...in my opinion. I get the Cherries Jubilee or Jamocha Almond Fudge. They offer a free taste of any ice cream. Smart business if you ask me. Plus they are one of the few places in town that teach their workers how to count change back. Thats old school and I like it!

I ordered a medium mint chocolate chip milkshake and when I received it, the ice cream was white. I tasted it and you could barely taste the mint flavor. My milkshake was mixed in with vanilla ice cream. Maybe they ran out? However they should let their customers know before thinking that doing this is okay

How can you not give Baskin Robbins 5 stars? Best ice cream in the World. It always has been.

Been to this location several times over the years, but today was just a downright aggravating experience. Firstly, if Im on my phone and standing several feet away from the counter, please dont yell at me to try the flavor of the month. Im not interrupting your business by speaking loudly or being in the way, even if I am on my phone. So dont interrupt my business by screaming across several feet at me. Secondly, maybe you have tasks to complete, or other customers to handle. If you dont, thats ok. But I shouldnt have 5 employees staring me down while Im trying to choose what I want. That makes for an extremely uncomfortable experience. The employees here are young, and probably inexperienced in customer service, and I understand that. But the owner should spend more time on teaching them how to properly handle customers.

I enjoy taking my family out for ice cream every now and then but this place today was awful 3 employees in the whole store the blonde haired older lady was 100% doing her job, the other 2 however were terrible and very inexperienced in customer service, we walked in immediately their faces went ugh we werent greeted we were told what do you want theres 4 of us and they messed up our order and I told them and they became even more blaint, after each of our orders came what else do u want friendly alright. The other girl black haired didnt want to do her job she was just standing there. The other girl curly hair stood at the counter for the entire 30 minutes we enjoyed our ice cream, talking to her 4 maybe 5 friends and proceeded to give them free ice cream. As customers walked in they werent treated any differently than we were.

A brand-level surcharge would be charging all Mastercard users a surcharge. A product level surcharge is charging a fee for certain items. To surcharge in either of these methods, the merchant must give Mastercard and Visa 30 days notice so that they may monitor their surcharging practice.Furthermore, here is a quote from the merchant agreements that outlines what notice is required to be given to the consumer A merchant must provide clear disclosure to the merchants customers of the merchants surcharging practices at the point of interaction which shall include the amount of the surcharge and the dollar amount of the surcharge on the transaction receipt provided by the merchant to its customers. When I asked for a receipt reflecting this notice the owner (or manager) swore at me repeatedly.
