When calling this location about there products etc clearly stating what my parent company as well as others needed the male on the phone was clearly being sarcastic and rude first time calling then when I explain he will not speak to me like that he again said well just tell me what you want I followed before I could explain he cuts me off and said you know I don’t think we’ll be able to help you at this time not only will I be giving him the worst costumer service rating ever but I’ll be filing a report on the company as a whole as well again I’ve owned a corporate business for 7 years with 3 others about 4 years I’ve never experienced the kind of hate that gentleman had like he knew me and to literally be denied service for no reason at all I never raised my voice even after had very sad it truly seemed like a great place

I went to see them about printing 7 to 10 shirts for a 5K run. I needed the shirts on short notice and they only had 1 week to print it. They offered to go ahead and take the order even though it wasnt a load of money for them - the shirts turned out perfect! Loved the product and the customer service even more! Thanks Southern Blues!
