My most favorite place of all!!The employees are so friendly..

Its Kind of pricey in there... The merchandise you can get the same type of things and items at Walmart or the dollar store for way cheaper.. I would suggest only going here if its your last resort or they have a specific item that you really have to have

I love this, place it is amazing but,they are taking down all there Decorations and it took us a while to find what we Were looking for.But I do Recommend it.

Decent selection of costumes, but not enough to be impressive. Missing high quality costumes that appeal to cosplayers and those with more money to spend on higher quality fabrics and plastics.

Juat went in to the slidell location to make a purchase. I asked if i could use 2 coupons and was told yes as long as its in 2 separate transactions which waa underandable but then was told i would have to get in line behind 10 + customers for the second transaction which was only 1 item. The first transaction took less time than it took them to ring their bells. The woman was incredibly rude and said she was the manager. She also did not give me my receipt for my purchase. Customer service was horrible

Fun with a lot of great choices at reasonable prices. Not as big as some other locations, but still worth the trip.

They seem to have quite the selection of costumes, but not really any cute ones for toddlers. Didnt notice prices, so I dont know about those.

I would not recommend this store to any of my friends and family because I purchased two costumes One of the costumes was a HALF of costume things were missing out of the costume so we decided to bring it back to receive a full costume didn’t think that it would be a problem spoke to the manager a white male with colorful hair and he was rude and nasty toward me. I presented my receipt to him letting him know that I purchased the items two days ago but when I look into my costume bag that everything that was supposed to be in the bag was not in there so I asked if he would Exchange it he said NO He basically told me that they receive Complaints about other customers getting half of costume and that he was not happy with it so basically I was out of luck on receiving my money back or any exchange. He tried to make me feel like I was lying about receiving partial of a costume.

Recently purchased a child costume. When I got it home, I tried the costume on the child. It was twisted and after examination of the article it was botched. I returned to the store for an exchange or refund and they refused stating no refunds after 10/22/20. There were no more costumes in that size to fit her, so I was not compensated for the purchase. Mind you, they cant sell it anyway its so poorly sewn!!! I wont patronize this place again!!! Poor quality prodict and poor customer service.

We enjoyed this place very much, but we didn’t find what we were looking for. Took a long time to find someone that worked there and then he was no help at all. We will go back, because they have a wonderful selection. Maybe next time we’ll find what we’re looking for.

Not taking exchanges less than 48 hours after purchasing it. Still over a week from Halloween.

Too high on prices and not a good selection on costumes or plus costumes at all. I was very disappointed. I will never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone.

I loved the selection but I didnt find what I was looking for. your prices are too high but that mean that your customs are one of the best and can last too next year.

Love all the different stuff for halloween and you can find some good deals. My only complaint would be the prices on the kids costumes. Purchased a kids jumpsuit for him to be Jason and it cost almost $30 and nothing else came with it but they had other costumes that came with a lot of stuff and cost less or the same price.

At the checkout we presented our 20% off coupon because we were told about this place and about the online coupon prior to shopping there. The checker told us that the coupon was expired so we asked where to get the newer up to date coupon. He told us to go to the website. So we did. The female cashier next to him scolded him infront of us and told him not to give that information out to customers. I understand that at the register you should not offer online coupons but if the customer has one and directly asks about it your company wants them to lie to the customer? Needless to say i was not impressed with this for 2 reasons. First telling your employees infront of customers to lie to customers and second scolding employees infront of customers is extremely unprofessional. This happend today at 12:30 and our cashier was a young man and the other cashier that was unprofessional was a woman.

Costumes are usually sold out and the prices are way too high my other than that it is pretty decent.

Grrrrreat place to take kids. Had a lot of fun with my nephews.

Cant wait for them to come back durning the fall to get nice Halloween items
