Ehhh not the best ulta i been to i thought it was going to be a good store one gal there was supper nice was happy till i got to the check out one girl was so nasty i was the in line before this guy she told the guy he could check out when he was behind me That was a really good customer service I was waiting in line for so I shouldve been checked out before the guy and the guy had more items in his hand than I did there was only two of us online and one lady at the checkout so I dont understand why she made the guy go behind me first that was just unprofessional

Was greeted immediately upon entrance. After looking and unable to select product I was looking for, associate came to my rescue on the proper selection for me and even suggested other products I would need also. This was a very pleasant visit to ULTA !!!

Actually not my type of store . LolWas there with a great person .But very clean and ohhhhh so friendly employees its set up in such a great way. It was like everything in the store just flowed perfectly.

Great prices!!! First time I used curbside pickup from Ulta Beauty and it was great! I have to say, I am SO HAPPY I discovered how to apply my own false lashes while the eyelash bars/salons were closed during covid 19. I have been saving TONS of money by just applying the strips myself, and they look as good as the individual lash extensions I used to get but would pay $145 for a full set and $65 for refills every 2-3weeks! Granted it does take practice to fit the strip on your natural lash line, but once you get it...it’s awesome! Bought these KISS lash couture faux mink collection for $14.99 and they were buy one get one half! You do have to invest in an awesome lash adhesive to make the lashes stay all day. I highly recommend the KISS strip lash adhesive. $4.99. 🥰

The store was full, but only 2 employees. There was a fully pregnant mother of 3 needing help to find a suitable child appropriate lip gloss for her 10 yr old. There was no one to help her. I brought it to a clerks attention, but she later said that she couldnt help the mother because she was called to the cash register. I was ready to buy products but needed help as well. I could not get help and had to leave.

This is my local go to place for makeup, skincare products, ect. They also have a very well designed website to order from, which I appreciate being a retired web developer. The prices are good and the people are helpful. I highly recommend Ulta Beauty!

Many items were not in stock, the staff was friendly and helpful however but to make a trip there is a waste of time. Many of their products are mainly kept online and not Im stores as before.

Way over priced. Disappointed. No staff members bothered to ask if we needed help (basically just felt ignored by them). Prices are hard to see. Online experience is much better.

As soon as I get used to using one brand they dont have it anymore. More things for younger people. Not items much skin care for 50-65 and beyond in skincare. Young personal all recommend things for 20 year olds. Dont keep much in stock for older people.

Terrible. I was purchasing 2 items 4th in line of 9 people waiting. Customer returning 11 items, small items. Cashier had to ring each item separately to return to stock, print receipt and attach receipt for each item, then wait for manager to OK return. I doubt if they were totaled to 70.00 for all. Waited in line 15 min. to do return and an additional 10 min for manager (who never did show up before I left building). By the way there was only 1 cashier even with the line. This was at Fremeaux Square in Slidell, La at 2:30 in afternoon. Will never shop there again.

Love going to Ultra Beauty they have do much to see. You can get your haircut, see sales person about make up, perfume, nail polish, blow dryers, shampoo & conditioner. You get the point anything needed to make yourself beautiful. So if you are out stop at the Avenue Mall its over by Bestbuy.

Employees are always super nice and helpful, the store is always clean and stocked, they have the best products. I love this location!

Ulta has a huge variety of cosmetics, both high end and drug store brands. They also have hair products and hand lotions. I go their for almost everything. They are a little more expensive, but if you sign up with your Email, you get 10 to 15% off coupons, and it is a fun place to shop. The staff is always offering to help you.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR HAIR DONE HERE especially since they messed up my hair and still wanted me to PAY to get it fixed. Went and got my hair done from there from Kendal. Kendal has recommended me using this blue shampoo. I even have pictures and I bet it’s on camera where he brought me on the isle to tell me to get the shampoo. well I bought it that same day and used it the next following day. Well the blue shampoo literally stripped my hair out. On top of that I called and I was told that they could re do my hair with no charges from a girl I talked to first on the phone. Then they called back and said that they were book today but to still stop by and see what they could do to “fix it” but I would still have to pay money to get my hair fixed that they messed up and recommend shampoo of me getting.

Couldnt find what I was looking for today, but the associate was very helpful and he was able to help me find what I needed. Every time I go in the store I am always greeted by the friendly employees and they are always willing to help me. I love the store and the atmosphere.

From start to visit our visit to Ultas salon was amazing. My best friend & I made appointments for hair & make up on the night of our high school reunion. Vanessa colored & styled my hair while Chelsea applied my makeup. These ladies were amazing at what they did. They worked together to get us both out on schedule & we looked amazing. 5 star service from start to finish.

I had a lot of fun at ulta this evening. A lady named Chrishele was very helpful, she helped me find a lot of great products and even sampled some on me :) 10/10 !

Dont expect to get a great deal on anything, but its still a great place to try things out and get some decent advice. The selection is really good, and I like that there are a bunch of lower priced lines available, too.

The staff was helpful, prices were good but slightly high. I thought the mens fragrance section couldve been better but I ended up getting a bottle of Givenchys Gentlemen EDP

4-5 employees on the floor, not one smile or hello much less an offer for help. One employee was putting on lipstick in front of one of the isle mirrors until I come walking around, then she moves to the center area and continues to put on more lipstick or liner or whatever. I was there to buy all new makeup and skin care and spend a decent amount of money. Walked out without spending a penny.

Went in for Theyre Real mascara and eccentric salesman showed me a 2pk for same price. More worried about my happiness as a Customer than just another sale.Great job!

Whatever your budget, you can find something here for you. I love Ulta because it merges drug store makeup brands with high-end brands plus so much more. Id give it a 5 if the staff at this location was more attentive and helpful. Every time Ive gone in theyre just standing around whereas at other locations Ive been to, theyll actually come up to me and ask if I need help. And now that I think about it I dont think anyone at this location has ever asked me if there was something they could help with. And when Ive looked for someone there never has been anyone around so I just stopped expecting them to care. I just do my thing and hope the shade I just swiped on my hand will work (it usually doesnt). Id like for the staff to be more willing to help someone like me who sort of has no idea what theyre doing when it comes to finding the right products for themselves.

Wide selection of products. A lot of brands but they can get pricey. Your typical affordable makeup is to the left, more expensive to the right. The staff is always friendly. I reccommend shopping during the winter sales, although they do get busy at that time.

Come here all the time and out of everyone helping on the floor theres the one (with the head dress) at the register with a bad attitude and doesnt care to answer any questions! Received a bday coupon in my email and couldnt find it, so she treated me as if I was lying. I get it, you work at Ulta and everyone tries to get percentages off. But when someone is honestly trying to locate the specific email why be so RUDE! From the dumping the eye palettes out the carry bag and then throwing product into the bag... not having it! Love this place but I will not check out with her ever again.

Today I decided I would go to ulta in slidell to finally get my nyx white eye base I walked into the store no one welcomed me . I walked around the store for at least 45 minutes and not one person asked me if I needed help. Every time one of the workers found themselves walking towards me they would look me right in face and not say a word they would turn around and go ask someone else for some help . The people who work at this store are very rude I was highly disappointed I will never visit this store again. Once I got to the register to checkout ... the cashier didn’t even ask how I was doing or did I find everything okay she just straight up asked me “ what’s your phone number “ I gave her my number and she told me my told I inserted my card into the machine and I took it back out and told her to just cancel the transaction . I couldn’t take the disrespect . I highly suggest you people who work at this store to work on your communication skills or get out of retail because you obviously cannot do your job !

Rachel Hendrick was Awesome. I stopped shopping at Ulta because the associates never greeted customer or guve you a discouraging look. I started going to Sephora which is 40 minutes away. Since, my mother wanted to purchase some items we gave Ulta another chance. When we walked to the cosmetics an associate with black and green hair looked at my mother and i didnt asked if we need or or anything. I was about to say Lets leave and go to Sephora or Ill pick it up because I can use my discount with Mac.. Rachel a Clinique consultant seen us and was so helpful she made our experience very pleasant. Ulta still need to place peoole with Customer Service skill to improve the customer experience. If Rachel not working i will go to another store because she was GREAT
