These guys are great!! My son wanted something different for his birthday...and I wanted to do something along the lines if what he likes...cookie and pizza...how to combine the two!!! Called up Molly and told her what I wanted and Viola!!! A cookie made to look like a pizza!!! My son was so happy...it was fresh, tasty and sweet!!!! Cookie Monster would have been impressed!!! Thank you!!!

These ladies are the best! I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and picked it up when I got in the parking lot the wind blew a cake out of my hands. They would I let me buy another cake they remade the cake for me. These ladies are a wonderful example of above and beyond customer service.

Today July 19,2020 @ 2:30 was my 2nd time going into the store. The same exact employees, a male and the female manager. All I requested was a frosted cookie slice that wasn’t available in the case, and the manager refused to accommodate me. This isn’t how American cookie should operate, the customers needs should always be met and all the employees should be able to do so. I just don’t understand how there aren’t any slices of cookie cake available for the public yet there’s always a empty tray in the case.

The brownies are so good! Didnt make it to the cookies, because the brownies were calling me. They were super good when I took them home, but a little dry the next day. Still tasted good, though.

I took my daughter there for some ice cream after dinner and the employee who helped us was extremely rude, his name was dylan and should not be working in customer service, awful experience and definitely wouldn’t return.

Extremely rude! Employee named Dylan was rude and was being sarcastic when I asked a question and had a nasty attitude! Moving forward I will bring my business elsewhere! He needs to be fired.

The cookies were great and the service was fantastic the two girls who helped me Katie and Kaitlyn did everything they could to make my experience worth my money, Ill definitely be back.

I order cookie cakes often for special occasions and they are always delicious!

Cookies, fudge brownies, and a Marble Slab Creamery inside--how could they go wrong. Try those brownies. Really. You will thank me. Then go home and slap whoever never made those bad boys for you.

It was my first time going in this store and I was not sure how it worked and the man that was working approached me and my friend very rudely hs talked in a very rude manner and began to get aggravated by the fact we didnt understand where to order

Jessie was very kind and made our experience feel very sincere and not just like a typical dining stop. The food was great too, but the hospitality really drove home the deal.

Got a cookie cake here with a design on it. The design came out amazing and the cake tasted just as amazing.

Only had ice cream here, but delicious ice cream! Great flavors.

I would have loved to have gotten a milkshake.Once guy gave me a sample and passed me off to another worker so he could finish something else.The guys continued working never said a word.I didnt want to interrupt him but after awhile it was obvious he wasnt paying any attention to ne.I walked to the back to check with the guy who originally waited on me but he seemed busy too.I told them thanks and left the store.
