Words cant express how BAD this pharmacy is. Wow.

Very helpful staff.

My prescription has only been ready 1 time on-time. Most employees are reasonably polite, but 2 or 3 ladies appear to want to cause trouble for for everyone in line. Lots of times people are not feeling that well or have a family member ill or in the hospital but still treat the employees well. I should think cashiers should act in kind. I have found the pharmacy at the the grocery store with the initials W D is always VERY nice to everyone.

Worst pharmacy ever. Been there multiple times and the same thing every time. You drop off your script in drive thru and they ask you when you want to pick it up. I told them in two hours I will pick up. They said it would be ready. Actually I gave the three hours, when I went back, they just started to work on it. I had to wait 15 minutes. And there was very few people there at that time. If I would of told them that I would be back in six hours, it still wouldnt be rrady. They only start working on it when you come back. I have been to this pharmacy numerous times and same thing happens. Just dont understand why they are so unprofessional. I wont be going there for anything anymore.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. uninformative and unhelpful. i went yesterday to pick up my prescription and it wasn’t done. the lady at the window told me she would fast track it & it would only be 20-30 minutes. then i went back this morning and i can’t get it for another 2 days, all because they don’t know how to communicate with their customers about the situation at hand. then they wanted to treat my like i was illiterate and didn’t know anything at all. that i was talking nonsense over something THEIR employees told me.

This is the poorest PHARMACY i ever went.the two ladies who worked in the pharmacy cant smile back every time i get my prescription. Is it because of where I came from, a discrimination or what.To be specific coz I dont wanna involve the other pharmacist, these are the two african american women working in the pharmacy section. They worked in the midday of Thursday February 27th. But they never been nice ever since.My family are thinking of switching to WALGREENS coz of the good customer service and I think they have properly trained by their management.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here every month for the past 2 years. As far as the pharmacy goes, everyone is very helpful and they have accommodated me especially with my coupons that need constant call-ins. I think most of the employees are very polite and customer service oriented with the exception of one thus the 4 star review versus 5 star. She is very arrogant, abrasive and is not customer service oriented like the other team members. It hasn’t happened just one time but multiple times. She hasn’t been working at the pharmacy counter lately. Otherwise all of my experiences at cvs have been great and wonderful. Thanks!

This is the worst pharmacy ever! They are slow!They don’t greet you. They don’t have your prescription ready when you arrive. However they will call you a a numerous amount of times to let you know that your prescription that should be ready is ready. Also the only reason I have them one star is because it will not allow me to not have anything checked.

My script is always filled on time and ready for pickup when advised

Reluctantly returned to this CVS after a long absence in order to get a prescription filled. This was after many previous bad experiences. Well, nothing has changed. As before, always a hassle, or some type of issue crops up with this pharmacy. The people inside struggle professionally and then get an attitude with the customer. Back to the Rite-Aid across the street.
