Definitely need better selection and prices. Im surprised that theyre still open due to being able to find most of what they offer at a much better price online. I can always wait 2 days for shipping if that means I save some money.

Went with my son and found they had CBD oil for pets. My Boxer has Grand Mal seizures, and I ran out of the CBD oil for her. They helped me decide which one I needed, the staff are kind and knowledgeable! I’ll be going back! Nice candles and incense too!!

I went to Ra Shop #2 to pick up some coils for my vape. Even though I brought the vape in and the very nice lady held it in her hand and visually inspected it I was sold the WRONG size. This is a very nice store with an excellent selection. I also must add that the ladies that worked there were very nice and treated me with kindness. I do however feel that I was wronged. I do not live in Slidell. I wanted to return my purchase with my receipt to another location but I was told that I could not. I am simply leaving this review so that this doesnt happen to anyone else. Be careful what you are told to buy here. Double check or try it out to make sure it works or is the correct item before you leave.

Good place. Im from Colorado and they have some Good stuff there. Been talking to someone there about adding a couple items that would sell very well. High Tea wraps and Twisted hemps maybe the OCB all in one papers and tips pack. But good selection of everything a Head shop offers.

Because I bought an expensive vape. When I got home I tried it, and it did not work. So I called them. I brought it back he next day. It still doesnt work, and they refused me my money back

Not as big as its name would lead you to believe. And the guy there complained and made us straighten the DVDs we had looked through in the clearance bin. I felt as though we were imposing on this man just by shopping there. And he had a couple friends just hanging out which seemed a bit inappropriate, and made me feel strange.We spent a pretty penny there, as you always tend to in these places. But we were still excited to go home with our new accessories. But not even an hour in,......our new expensive friend............just quit on us.!! What?!?!Nothing about any part of this experience was satisfying at all. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else.

What some people dont really seem to realize is this place is an amazing SMOKE shop. If youre going here expecting it to be a vape enthusiasts haven, youre at the wrong place. Every time Ive been in here, its always been a pleasant time. Theyve got just about anything you can think of for reasonable prices, and theyve got an enormous selection. Seriously. Nowhere else Ive ever been to has had this much stuff in one place. Couldnt recommend it enough.

Best service ever I miss Slidell only because Dalton and Bruce were the best I wish they were at this location I shop there at least once or twice a week and they are great I just wish that I could have some sort of discount card other than the $5 off for every hundred lol

Nice enough people working in the store, but they sell junk. Every vape device I have purchased has broken within a few weeks. Juul,aspire,sauran drop,smok,, all garbage and the shop offers you ZERO warranty or product support. Just a money sink.Bought a smok device and ejuice two weeks ago and already it fried. Guess what? They cant help me with this junk device. Ive wasted hundreds of dollars in this store but this is the last time. Others need to know. Go elsewhere if you want customer service and product support.

The staff here is awesome, while I cant remember everyones name I can say Jordan was dope. He helped me pick out a vape and had an answer for all my questions. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is spot on head shop with great tunes to boot.

I went to buy a vape battery and was told I could return it if it was the wrong one ..I asked the young lady with the short hair was she sure the battery she gave me the correct one and I asked multiple times to be sure, I even showed her one similar to my vape pen just to be sure and she was definitely positive and she said yes it should work and it usually fits most vape pens ....so I took it home and it didnt work..I came back to return it and same person look me in my eyes and said no returns or exchanges and pointed to the counter after she said if it wasnt right to bring it back and I didnt even check out at the registrater in front where the sign was taped to the counter I checked out at the register beside it. If a person shows you what type of vape pen they have and ask for help why give then the wrong product or show them the wrong product if its NO EXCHANGE OR NON REFUNDABLE

Bought vape worked great for 2 weeks.then quit called to get info on what club be wrong was told to call manufacturers.they dont guaranty anything.would not even offer any thing to check.very rude person tried to blame me for it. so money down drain.dont buy there.

While this place has everything you could need, the staff leaves something to be desired. Horrible customer service and the two girls working were rude and were more interested in having a conversation about their multiple other jobs and makeup and how they hated their bosses rather than helping someone. Not even a thanks for coming/have a nice day. I wont be shopping there again, online stores are better and cheaper anyway.

People are nice but if you buy something from hem and it is faulty they will not help you at all. Once they have their money you’re nothing to them. I went into the store looking for a starter vape and was leaning more towards a smok but one of their employees convinced me to buy a brand I’d never heard of called aspire. She assured me that if anything was wrong within a few days they would let me exchange it. Well within two days it only seems to come on when it wants to and even when it does come on it won’t fire correctly at least half the times I try to take hits. I returned to the ra shop and was told that I have to contact aspire to get a refund. I understand that it isn’t their product and in the words of their employee, “we didn’t engineer it we just sell it.” . A business still has a certain level of responsibility to fix such obvious issues. If a product I buy from you is broken in less than two days it’s not the customers resposubility to go through hours of customer service just to get the money they should have never spent on a product you should have never sold in he first place.
