They were awesome! Came in the day of homecoming for my kid - everyone in the city was totally out of corsages and boutonnieres. They custom made them on the spot for us. Saved the day! And they were beautiful to boot! Highly recommend.

The shop is really nice and the staff is very pleasant. Though I bought several floral arrangements from them, this was my first time visiting the store. Lots of beautiful merchandise for any budget!The shop is quite small but lots of great products. I went in for a wick for my Lamp Berger, and to my surprise, the best selection of fragrances!

Did a fantastic job on the arrangements for my father in laws memorial service. Turned out much better than expected! Ended up loving the flowers so much I preserved about 6 dozen flowers and Im making a shadow box for my husband. Made potpourri with some as well.

I really enjoyed looking at the website and getting to pick an arrangement that way. I was really happy to see the nurse mug as she is a nurse and believe me she is such an organizer and dynamo you would think she had superpowers. After the loss of a family friend, Petals & Stems created a beautiful wreath. After ordering, we were called by Kelly and told they may not have enough white flowers but ensured it would be fitting for the recipients family. After TWO DAYS of trying to order flowers from local grocery stores, I gave up and called what I knew to be the best florist in Slidell. Within less than 5 minutes, Wendy had my order I picked it up after work and delivered myself. The flowers were gorgeous with Fall colors and some unique roses. Great business, super sweet people and its so nice to deal with professionals!!

Not very good help, brunette lady not very friendly, however, blonde lady at counter was very nice and extremely helpful...arrangement of flowers was not pink as requested... they were more peach color...not recommended!!

Just went in there to see what they offer for weddings and see their wedding bouquet work was like and was “greeted” by a woman who told me I needed an appointment. Which was fine, but I wanted to see their work first before I made any commitment.Instead of offering to show us stems (was told they just got them in and we couldn’t look those either) or even a look book of their work. We were dismissed to go look at Pinterest. Super unprofessional and not customer service oriented.I work in sales and know when I’m being dismissed. She was definitely in a rush to get us out of there. Will definitely not be using this place or recommending them. I planned to spend a good amount of money for my wedding flowers. But they don’t deserve it. The lady was definitely laugh worthy though. She needs to not judge a book by its cover and offer better customer service.

Always a great experience on the receiving end. Beautiful arrangements produced and they will meet special requests as needed too. The shop itself is divine with all sorts of gifts and art.

They were super busy, on the day before Valentines Day, but had my arrangement ready within minutes of my arrival and it was beautiful. My wife loved it. Ill be back.

Purchased roses from them for Valentines day. The staff was very friendly and helpful and attentive. They helped me pick out an arrangement that my girlfriend absolutely loved. The price was was to much in my opinion but I guess thats the price you pay for roses at Valentines.

My husband and I ordered flowers from Michigan for our dear friends in Slidell, and they are stunning! Our friends adore them! The colors are gorgeous; soft and refreshing. And our note was also handwritten, which is such a special touch! We couldnt be more pleased with Petals + Stems.Also, I received a very courteous phone call from Kelley when no one was home to receive the arrangement, which I greatly appreciated. I didnt think about the heat, since its only 30 degrees here in Michigan :) Kelley was kind enough to ask their driver to deliver them at the end of the day. And the fresh flowers were tough enough to survive the Louisiana heat!

I recently moved to the Slidell area and was at the mercy of a Google search for florist services. I called Pedals and Stems for same day delivery on flowers for my wifes birthday. I spoke to Miss Jody, she was extremely friendly and nice. She explained all the options and cost. I took a leap of faith and through out a figure of what I wanted to pay. Miss Jody promised a nice arrangement. The flowers delivered to my wife at her place of work were timely and beautiful. She was blown away and very happy with them. Went in to see what they had to offer as far as wedding packages. The woman who greeted us made it seem as if we were a bother. I told her about my wedding and what I was looking for and when I told her the date she said to me Well you will need to spend at least $2,000 to make it worth our wild since thats a holiday weekend. Ummm.... I was kind of shocked thats how they conduct business! I proceeded to ask if the things I was looking for would add up to around that amount.. (I mean I dont get married everyday so Im kinda new at this!) She said I would need to meet with their wedding coordinator, I made an appointment, never heard from them to confirm so I guess they didnt want my business. So VERY disappointed.

I dont live in Slidell so after searching for a florist online I decided to call Petals based on the reviews given. There was only 1 less then 5 stars and I liked the owners response. Seems the complainer forgot to mention that Petals stood 100% behind their product and that was the deciding factor for me.Anyway, I called and they couldnt have been more nice or more accommodating. Wonderful service, excellent arrangement and overall very good sgopping experience. Needless to say I will be ordering more from Petals in the future.Thanks Petals for helping me out and doing a great job as well.

I recieved 2-12dozen roses bouquets from Petals & Stems. They are a birthday gift (October 13th) from my boyfriend so I dont have the heart to tell him my disappointment in the quality of the flowers. I recieved my delivery of free spirit and red on Saturday (October 10th) it is now Monday (October 12th) evening and several of the roses in each bouquet have already began to wither. At this rate they wont even last a week.
