Terrible experience. Had to get Mobile One to fix everything . Humming noises when truck wasnt even on, amp squeaking louder than radio sound no mount was installed or recommended. Usb was installed incorrect, did not work.Speaker wires was hanging out box when i picked up. Box speakers just stop working after a month. Had to rewire entire job. Not to mention my a/c lights stop working after install. Child seat safety latch was missing as well . I came here cause of reviews but there no accurate by a long shot. Nightmare

Very professional and Great customer service. I had several speakers on my motorcycle, but the sound quality was horrible. I let Ray listen to the music and immediately he knew something wasnt right. Ray took the time to diagnose the problem before just telling me I needed to purchase new speakers. He got me all fixed up in a few days and the bike sounded awesome. Very profesional. Had my wife’s car speakers replaced. Great job on the installation and the stereo sounds great. Explained the whole installation process and even gave different options. They will be replacing my 2007 Tundra factory stereo system next with an upgrade and installing a backup camera. Highly recommended!

I bought an older modle car and I managed to lock myself out of the car. After talking with Raymond, he ordered me one of the newest gadgets on the market. It is a touch pad that is attached to the windshield where you can Lock and unlock your car. IT IS AMAZING! I LOVE IT! No more getting locked out of my car!

Every other company should set their bar by this standard. I had to rewire my entire stereo system including head unit and 2 amps, I was told it would be done by the end of the day as I had to have my car the following day. Not only did Ray do an absolutely amazing job with the wiring, it looks like nothing I have seen in Slidell. Its high end work at reasonable prices and he sticks to his word. Ray stayed until 9pm to make sure I had my car. I will recommend Bayou autosound to everyone I know
