This is hands down the most professional dealership around. Mark and Val Lambert are both excellent honest sales people who go above and beyond for the clients. Also Jeremy Parker and Mandy in financing are wonderful, they guide you through the finance process and help you with any questions you may have.

I really do hope people would read these recent reviews lately. A lot of 1 star reviews the past year should speak volumes!I bought a used 2011 Town and Country, was talked out of buying another vehicle. I should have known something was up when they said due to its age they wont do a warranty. Another dead give away was one of the seats would not fold down and the center console was loose when I bought it.After 4 months, the car started overheating and smoke came from the engine area. Bad coolant hose cost to repair was $175.2 months after that, started getting engine light blinking on and off, but couldnt find out the reason.1 month after that, transmission gets stuck. Found out it was a computer issue.1 month later, (today) its stalling on the way to work. I figured I had enough and give them a call.So I call the service center at the dealership and they speak to an advisor. Their advisor told them that they wont even look at it (not even for a diagnostic check). I asked to speak to the advisor, and no surprise it rings and goes to voicemail. I leave them a message and explain that the vehicle is not even a year old, and its basically dying on me. I have yet to hear back.DO NOT BUY USED VECHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

I had an awful experience on used car purchase. Thevehicle was posted on the web with aggressive pricing strategy. I called and confirmed before heading out to the dealer. I managed my finance and got everything ready The pricing out the door were being worked on. While driving to the dealership I was informed that vehicle was no longer available and I was offered other vehicles had exact same make, model and mileage, but 2 grand more that the one listed before. It’s a strategy that you want to be aware before headed to the dealership. Do your research and due diligence and make sure you know what you’re buying, it’s available and you know what you’ll pay out the door.

Jeff was the stereotypical aggressive salesman. Things went downhill quickly when the first truck we started discussing had a price point I wasnt comfortable with. Instead of letting me move on to look at vehicles closer to my price range Jeff became obviously frustrated that I wouldnt buy the truck at the price he offered. He insisted that I was acting foolishly in a really slimy attempt to further pressure me into a purchase I wasnt interested in.I left Toyota of Slidell and bought a vehicle from a dealership in the next town. I ended up buying the same model/year truck me and Jeff were previously discussing, only it had lower mileage AND a lower price.Avoid this dealership if you can.

Switch and bait. Advertising price is not selling price. They claim the vehicle has dealer installed options that you have to buy. Choice is not yours. Buy elsewhere. They are biting off the hand that feeds them right now, taking advantage of the working class.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You purchase a new car and it’s falling apart the plastic clips falling out eats the tire well and they want to charge me over $500.00 to repair. Toyota has already replaced clips several times because they came out. It should be a Toyota problem. The clips are still missing in the rear but on service today they did not replace the missing clips.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!I will start with saying I never leave reviews. Good or bad. Its not me. BUT i am lost on what yo do at this point to get this place to care even the slightest. I am not sure how they keep getting voted for thier customer service. Hmmmm. Ok so let me say this, Lisa in sales is the sweetest person I have dealt with there. BUT THATS IT. everyone else just blows smoke. I bought my car in 2020 during covid. During purchase we agreed on them adding an extended warrenty. Great right...Not when its time to use it. My cars AC went out and i needed it fixed. I am going out of town so I decided to get it serviced (not at toyota, its a GMC) before I leave. I dropped my car off and a few hours later they call to say my warrenty was CANCELLED by the seller. WHATTTTTTTTTTTTT! I had my contract so I thought this had to be a mistake. I called the warrenty company to find out nope, its not a mistake, toyota cancelled my warrenty. I began to call toyota about these issues only to get the run around from mutiple employees and hung up on MUTIPLE times by the front desk who chose to no longer answer my calls. Im pretty sure by now we all know what is happening here. AFTER mutiple attempts i spoke to someone who, with my asking, them not offering I got a loaner car from them till they fix this issue. Well its now been 6 days without my car and i continue to get the run around. Warrenty company stills blaims toyota. Today I find out that since my car is waiting to be fixed the warrenty company said toyota needs to be the one to pull the plug and make a decision on who is going to pay for my service. Are you kidding me right now. And guess whattttt no return calls about this from toyota. A matter of fact in the last 6 days the only reason i have spoken to anyone at toyota is because i have called them. So now, i still sit here with no car, my car in pieces for 6 days, not knowing when it will fixed and who is paying for it and leaving to go a vacation this week. Ive spoken to many people in warrenty and they dont just get cancelled on accident. I will NEVER go to toyota of slidell again, i will never recommend it to anyone. If you need a toyota take the trip to Toyota of New Orleans.

Once I decided on the vehicle he went out of his way to show me all the wonderful things my car had to offer. I called ahead and told Lisa that i wanted a streamlined process for purchasing a car after mine was totaled. When I got to the dealership the car I was interested in was waiting for me and I was able to test drive it immediately. We drove to this Toyota dealership over an hour away from our home. We were quoted one price for a truck over the phone and when we arrived there the price was higher. Rather than giving me the quoted price they let us walk. To say the least we will not be back and do not recommend them either.

First they told me my car was fixed and sent me on my way, it wasnt, and I broke down again the very next day. Then they told me it was $2,700 for a new hybrid battery. Once they found out I was from out of town they suddenly wanted nearly $5,000 for a hybrid battery plus a 12 volt. Really? $2,300 for a 12-volt battery since you knew I was stranded and far from home? 😠

Once I found the vehicle (RAV4) I wanted on the Toyota of Slidell website under Used Certified Inventory, I had the car I chose in my driveway within 48 hours!My sales rep is Brandyn Coffey, who went above and beyond to help make my car buying experience completely stress free! He made sure I was absolutely content with the vehicle, seeking financing, time to test drive, and to go over any and every question I had for him. He was super patient, extremely knowledgeable, calm and friendly.I would highly recommend requesting Brandyn when you go online or in store for your purchase. He will not push you into anything, he will keep in touch by email if thats your preference, and he genuinely cares about making your experience the best it can be for YOU!!Once I moved into financing - I met with David Macaluso. Well - it was like meeting a long lost family member! He explained everything to me in laymens terms (with my math challenged brain!), showing me every step of what figure means what, giving me all options with warranties and GAP to pick from, and worked diligently in tandem with Brandyn to get me a monthly note I would be able to comfortably handle financially.As with Brandyns no pressure demeanor - David was the same. I LOVE Toyotas, their hybrids are exactly what you need to do courier/gig work... Would have been nice to know that my brand new 2021 corolla didnt come with a freaking spare tire though. That was a rather scary thing to find out when I was on the side of the road with a flat. The price of brand new cars keeps going up, yet you get less and less. I highly encourage you to buy a Toyota, from somewhere else, and make sure you get AAA. Amazingly enough Im STILL waiting for a call back on getting the blower motor replaced on my 2013 prius. Like others have said, the cost of repairs here are highway robbery. If anyone is wondering, the cost of a blower motor for the prius was $38 bucks, youll need about $10 for tools and an hour or so to change the motor. I would recommend doing it yourself, its better than waiting MONTHS to hear back from these guys.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. I had an appointment booked to look at a specific Tundra. When I drove an hour to look at the truck my “salesmen” told me that the GM took the $58,000 truck I was coming to look at on a fishing trip...really!Not only that, they called me the morning of my appointment to confirm I was still coming in and never mentioned the truck was being used as a personal vehicle for the GM. Absolutely ZERO customer service! Garbage dealership.

We were on the bridge to New Orleans and blew a tired from debris in the road! Eventually we changed the tire with a spare and called Toyota, they were very understanding on the phone and told us to come right in to replace the tire. Even though they had just closed! The service was super quick 15 minutes or less! The employees were very friendly, helpful, and fast! Definitely would service my car here in any situation.

I have a 4Runner, best vehicle I ever owned. I only bring it to Toyota Slidell for service and maintenance. They keep timely appts and everyone has always been polite and helpful. I am a single woman and am used to car people taking advantage of me. I was asking them if a certain job needed to be done which would cost a couple hundred dollars, and I was willing to pay. The guys were honest with me and told me not to waste my money. That says a lot about the integrity of the people who work there!

My experience here was very off. The first day I came in, everyone was extremely nice and well mannered. The day after purchasing my BRAND NEW car, the heat, the speakers and the tablet on my car we’re not functioning. I contacted the dealership because the MPG was labeled incorrectly as well as the miles on the purchase. It took me a half of tank of gas to travel 30 minutes at proclaimed (27 mpg). Ridiculous. After calling the owner over 10+ times and never getting a call back, I decided to simply speak to a ‘manager’ I put that in air quotes because I don’t classify this individual as a manager. Extremely disrespectful, rude, trying to talk over me.After my purchase I was also asked to come in and fill out a few more papers. When I walked in they were so disgustingly disrespectful. I get treated better when I go to McDonald’s.I can’t begin to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with this place. Best of luck to anyone purchasing. I hope I gave an honest, fair warning.

The parts and repair department were knowledgeable, kind, courteous, smart, efficient, and fast.They did more than expected for a standard oil change. they gave me a complete breakdown of all information about my vehicle in a concise easy to read format. No pressure for ad on items and time frames for when other issues might be addressed.I would recommend this dealership above any other. I will not go back to any other on the corner oil change places again!

My husband, John recently had his vehicle in for a major service job, and he is very satisfied, thus far, with the performance of the vehicle after getting it back! The Service Manager, Jeff, was very professional and customer oriented! He explained every detail that was necessary to my husband. Yesterday, January 3, I had my vehicle serviced, and I was very satisfied with the service. Jeff was also my service manager, and thus far, I am really pleased with Jeffs thoroughness and customer oriented skills. I had been using one particular service manager for years, and he left Toyota, and I was devastated. For me, since I have been a customer of Toyota/Slidell for 19 years, I felt at the time, I was going to a different dealership; however, I decided to choose Jeff as the service manager, and for the two times that I have had my car serviced since choosing Jeff, I have been really satisfied! He understood my frustration of losing someone who I was so use to dealing with, and he is really stepping up to the plate and providing excellent service! For that, I am so grateful!

Toyota of Slidell’s service department is the best I’ve ever worked with. I go there every 5k miles and am greeted by Chis Price every time. We discuss what’s going on with the vehicle, how long everything should take, and what to expect for my next visit. Should anything change during the work, Chris explains what happened and how it should be handled. My truck is returned to me in better condition than when I dropped it off. Toyota of Slidell has a customer for life!

Took car in for oil & filter change. Had a 10:30 appointment. Just took over 30 minutes to complete. They even washed my car(looks like they ran it through a car wash). Not detailed but a good wash job and unexpected. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I thank all of you for that.My only complaint(reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) was that the mens restroom was not very clean(I did not tell them anything about it. I should have to give them a chance.) The cost was fair and I will be a repeat customer.Give them a chance. I think youll be happy.

I have used Toyota of Slidells service department since purchasing a new 2018 Tundra from a different dealership. I use them for my free 2 year Toyota Customer Care that came with the purchase of my vehicle and for 2 recalls on my Tundra. I scheduled all of my appointments. I have been extremely pleased with the scheduling and the appointments. I would ask them how long they would take and they were accurate on the amount of time they would take and they would also wash your vechile. The service area is clean and efficient. They have a nice, comfortable waiting area in the dealership. All the employees are professional and courteous. A+ dealership Service Department.

I went to this dealership simply to inquire about a couple of SUVs. Even though I am not ready to purchase at this time, I will be returning to this dealership when the time is right. I went in last Tuesday 6/19/2018, to get my oil changed with Toyota of Slidell, and unfortunately, I had a mishap with my garbage can, the garbage can won, and my passenger side mirror was broken off. As I arrived at Toyota, Chris, Service Mgr., took care of my oil change, ordered my new mirror and told me It would all be ready within a couple of days. Sure enough, yesterday Chris called to say my new mirror had arrived, and today, Thursday, 6/21/18, I went and all was handled efficiently, courteously, and professionally. God willing, I will continue to have my car maintained at Toyota of Slidell, and should I want to buy another vehicle, I would buy it at Toyota of Slidell. They are consistently excellent in service and customer satisfaction.

His professioalism, temperament, performance, and job efficiency represents the quality of a Parts Manager over & above the norm. On Thursday I called Toyota of Slidell about a recall & Chris was very helpful. I also said I could use an oil change & he told me to bring it on in now & both could get done. I told him I would need a ride home & he said one would be provided. Everything was handled in a short time-frame & he also pointed out that I would need a new water pump & tires needed to be replaced soon. He showed me pictures of the water pump & I knew I would be needing tires. Also, the gentleman who drove me home while they worked on my car was very friendly and I enjoyed the conversation and the ride.

I recently bought a SUV with Toyota of Slidell. My experience with them was unsatisfying. I buy all my cars cash and Slidell didnt have any Bank of America. So They accepted to get their money through wired transfer. I did the transfer but of course the transfer is going to take some moment to be deposited. Could you believe that they asked me to wait until they get the money in their account ( they have to call another dealership to get the account info). I call my bank and make them confirm and push the transaction. After that I was ready to go, the lady came to the car and telling me that I have to get full coverage for the car before I can move. I went to their store at 8:45 am and I was able to leave at 4pm. I dont know if its because I was black, but buying their car was like buying a whole dealership. I also I to contact them couple of times to get the title. This dealership has a poor customer service ever.

Adam and Steve were awesome salesmen! They provided me excellent customer service and made sure every question i had was answered to the best of their ability. I went there not to purchase a car but to just look around but you can bet your bottom dollar i left the dealership with a brand new car! and not just any car... a 2015 Toyota corolla black exterior and blue and black leather interior SE! I gotta say it was worth every penny spent and every bit of the 6 hours i was in the dealership! They were very knowledgeable and made me feel at home, and also Great affordable prices and that is why i chose Toyota of Slidell and would recommend to everyone i know! Nice people but way overpriced. I got an estimate of $160.00 for a specific job and went to Advantage Tire and they did the same exact work for $62.00. If it is not under warranty, I would not recommend.

I really was impressed by a salesman named Greg, who wants to be referred to as Captain. I told him what I was looking for, and he directed me to a black Corolla that was perfect for me.I am now a proud owner of that Corolla.If you are hunting for a new vehicle, dont hesitate to drive down to Toyota of Slidell and ask for the Captain, he will take great care of you.

I brought my car in for the regular check thinking I would only have to rotate the tires. Well I ended up having to buy 2 tires. I am glad they looked at the tires and found a nail in the side wall and since I am going out of town I would have hated to have trouble out of town. I was able to get in and out in a reasonable time. The service staff are easy to work with. My Toyota highlander is well maintained.

Best buying experience ever had. I was only there a short time compared to other dealerships. The salesperson, Mandy, was very knowledgeable, the management team was eager to satisfy me and my needs. The finance department, Vic, worked with me to get to my financial goal. The only drawback was that we thought we would get the car with a full tank of gas.

I bought my vehicle on August 4th. I was greeted by a real nice lady that I had spoken to on the phone. But my Sales person Adam didnt seem like he really wanted to be there. The customer service was very cold. Let alone the General manager yelling at me and telling me that I drove all the way from Mississippi and not buy a car from them. The answer is yes, I was shopping for the best deal. We did finally come to a deal that I could work with. The finance lady was very nice although I wasnt offered any type of extended warranty or maintenance agreement and was missing copies of half my paperwork. They were in a hurry to leave. Now, I am waiting for for the dealership to send my tag/title application to Mississippi now going on 5 weeks. I was informed on Aug 30th that Toyota havent sent them the Title yet for the vehicle. My husband and I have owned a lot of Toyota and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I just want them to send my paperwork to the title tag office so I can be done with them. I dont do negative reviews, but this experience at this dealership is awful.

We went to look at 4Runners at Toyota of Slidell. When we arrived we got out and looked at a 4Runner. A salesman came to us and once we started looking at this particular vehicle we realized it was new and $40,000. We were wanting to stay in the $30,000 range so I asked where the used ones were. He then proceeded to tell me the used ones werent any cheaper. I told him I had just looked at the website and saw that there were some in our price range online. He then stated Im not going to fight with you. He was informed no one was fighting and we just wanted something cheaper. We did walk over to the Certified used 4Runners and there was several in out price range. I stated we needed to sit in one to see if we liked it. The salesman walked off and we assumed he was going to get a key. After a while had passed I realized he was sitting under the porch not getting a key. We walked over and asked if he was getting and he said he didnt feel like helping us. I went inside after that to let it be known he was refusing to help us and see if we could get someone to help us. They did get another salesman to help us who was very nice and helpful. But after the encounter, I couldnt make myself spend my money there. Today we spent our money on a $30,000 vehicle from Star Chevrolet in Wiggins, MS who were more than happy to help.

Worst Toyota Dealership I have been too changed my oil and then said they couldnt take skid plate off to replace oil filter said they couldnt rotate tires and now in Jacksonville Fl getting oil changed and Tires rotated at Palmer Toyota and they tell me drain plug was hand tight. Would not recommend this place.....

Service is great, the car is not the Avalon I purchased in 2003. The roominess, options, ride, and comfort is 50% less than my previous Avalon. I regret purchasing this vehicle. I considered trading this vehicle in for a Hylander the day after purchase thought I would loos too much equity. Sorry for the negative review but I feel as though I need to let Toyota know.

Next to buying a house, buying a car is a huge financial commitment and everyone is appreciative of quality assistance in the endeavor. That is what Toyota of Slidell offers. My salesman, Dominic Tucker, was knowledgeable and accommodating. While I had no doubt as to what I wanted, he did not hesitate to point out all the positive features of the car. And a big shout out to the service department. They were most helpful in servicing my old car so that I could turn it over to my granddaughter in great shape. While I hate parting with money, Toyota of Slidell made the experience as painless as possible.
