Jason was very knowledgeable and professional! He and his team went above and beyond to help in our remodel from the beginning in design to the very end of installation, even coming on Saturday to install our hardware to get the job done! He was very accommodating when working with us on our custom bench in our breakfast nook and provided all the raw materials and stain so that it matches our cabinet perfectly! Superior product as well!! Love our cabinets! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased and happy with their service. If any drawback it would be that not all options were explained as I would have gone with some upgrades that I thought were standard on the line of cabinets we bought. Overall, if there are any problems, they will fix it since we had some issues with our cabinetry and it was all resolved without any fuss.

When we first met with Jason Norvell he spent time using a computer design program to create a couple of possible kitchen layouts. His suggestions were excellent and we settled on one we liked. We told him our target budget and he helped us choose just the right cabinet line, hardware, countertop, and very important, a reasonable time line.Every professional who came to our home was just that: professional. They were on time, they worked hard, they were very courteous, and they met their promised deadlines. The one time Norvell was unavoidable detained, we got a telephone call, in advance with an explanation.Three weeks without a kitchen is never fun, but we are very happy with the end result and will definitely be calling Norvell, Inc. when we remodel our bathroom.
